Amazing college amongst the all.

Faculty: The faculty is so nice. They make sure to complete the syllabus before time and make you understand every chapter so nicely. They provide you with notes before exams. If you have missed your class test, internal assessment, or assignment, they will give you many chances to submit it. Every teacher has their own and unique style of teaching, like Mark Sir teaches us about the facts, whereas Tanuja Mam tells us real-life stories, where we make our case study. All the professors of the Political Sc...

Top notch placement opportunities.

Faculty: The semester exams are average, but what matters is that JMC makes us industry-ready by skilling us up, not just for exams. The teachers are well qualified and have deep knowledge of their subjects and other subjects as well. When asked a question, they always have an answer.

A piece of my college youth.

Faculty: Some teachers genuinely care about students and want them to succeed, while others are less invested and just go through the motions. The exams are tough, and although some students do well, there's a perception that not much is done about it.

Driving into the world of JMC.

Faculty: The faculty is extremely understanding and approachable. The English department is extremely helpful, inclusive, and accommodating. They provide assignments and notes, take CAs on time, and provide sufficient time to complete projects or assignments assigned.

Satisfied with the college.

Faculty: The faculty in all the colleges of the University of Delhi is well qualified. The professors are very helpful when reached out to; they provide guidance and even study material to help out the students. The semester exams are not at all tough. The students need to focus on previous-year papers to be able to score well in their semester exams.

Amazing college with good vibe and surroundings. The campus is beautiful.

Faculty: All the young teachers were quite efficient. They had good knowledge about a lot of topics. The quality of teaching was good. The course curriculum needs to be updated a little more to make students industry-ready. The semester exams are not that hard. No one actually has failed in my class.

Should you opt for a South Campus Girls college in Delhi University (Jesus and Mary College Review)

Faculty: Honestly, I find the teaching quality of the faculty good as compared to the other DU colleges. Regular classes are held, and lectures aren't cancelled often like in other colleges. I think the curriculum of DU in general is outdated. It doesn't impart practical knowledge; rather, it's focused on theoretical one. I find them of medium difficulty. Passing percentage varies from subject to subject. Above 50% is decent.

Best college option for women to have good placements and to start their future in the best way.

Faculty: As it is a government college, the teachers are very qualified and knowledgeable. They help students to complete their assignments and also help them participate in extracurricular activities. Exams are conducted on a semester basis and the passing percentage is 80%. Exams are not that difficult if students study or attend maximum classes.

Fascinated and amazed to see such cool people of my age.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful. That's it. B.Com (Hons) is one of the most demanding courses at DU and the commerce department here is definitely living up to that. The other departments also have good reviews. There are annual flagship events for every department, for which you have to go for outreach and so on. All of these will help you in building relationships and networking.

Real insights about JMC life

Faculty: There are semester exams in the college, which are conducted once in January- February and once in June. The level of difficulty ranges from medium to high. The students with the commerce background will do it with ease. Still some subjects at times require efforts.

Amazing years of my college life.

Faculty: The teachers are very supportive and helpful, they always direct us towards the right path. Their teaching methods are very flexible. At times, the exams are very tough and they’re very easy ant other times. The passing rate is 90- 95%. The staff is very supportive even in exams.

Really good crowd and atmosphere.

Faculty: One thing about JMC is that either you hate the faculty or you love them. The professors are really up to date with their information, and in my experience, they are very helpful too. The exams are conducted but don't go as smoothly as planned. A lot of times the questions come from out of the syllabus which causes all sorts of problems. But other than this, everything else moves smoothly.

Nice college but bad staff.

Faculty: The faculty is somewhat lazy and won't address your issues on time. You have to keep following up for any approvals for society work. The teachers are sweet but often unavailable, and many lectures get canceled frequently. They're rarely on time. To get into JMC, you'll need a pretty good score in CUET. For my course, you need around 700 marks or more, but for Psychology (Hons), you'll need a minimum of 770 marks. The semester exams are not that hard and are not taken very seriously.

Faculty: The faculty members are very supportive and knowledgeable. The professors are also very supportive and knowledgeable they provide all the study materials and guide through our courses. There are end sem exams that are held in the college according to the course.
