Good experience overall, though college could definitely do with some improvements.

Placements: As far as I know, not many people from my course attended placements, including myself. However, I did hear about a couple of students who got into great companies (big four) with packages of 1.5 lacs+ per annum. I'm sure had more students attended placements, they'd have been placed into good companies because our placement cell was very proactive.

I got the best experience. I could have asked, as a college student.

Placements: Jesus and Mary's college is one of the best colleges for the placements in University of Delhi. Though most of the placements were for commerce course but the packages offered were ranged pretty well for the freshers. A lot of companies visited the campus and were happy to leave with a talented bunch of students as their new employees.

JMC, Delhi University, a place to be for female students

Placements: The placement facility is alright for a Delhi University college. It is competitive and all big 4 companies recruit a lot of eligible candidates. Opportunities are there for many and a nominal amount is charged by the placement cell. Everyone has a shot at applying and getting placed.

JMC is a great experience

Placements: The college has good placements. Reputed companies come to the college as it has a good network. The highest package offered was 4 lakhs per annum. Also, the college would be providing students with a platform to do internships side by side, it's the student's choice to go for it or not.

I am absolutely satisfied and would love to relive those days once again.

Placements: The placements were good, and 90% of the students got placed. The highest salary offered was around 10 lacs per annum, and the lowest was around 3 LPA. Companies like Google and Deloitte have offered placements for students. Around 90% of the students got internships from the college, with the highest stipend of Rs. 15,000 and the lowest stipend of around Rs. 2,000.

A host of opportunities and exposure

Placements: Considering this was an undergraduate college offering limited courses, the placement drive was quite impressive. I was the president of my department and had insights about the preparations that the placement cell used to do. We had companies ranging from Ernst and Young to Google come to our campus. However, the selection criterion was something that was debatable and did not please everyone. However, the placement cell and the opportunities that JMC exposed us to was great. ...

Good enough and better than other girls' colleges.

Placements: Placements for BCom are majorly done by Big 3 audit firms, which is really good. A lot of good companies like Accenture and Zomato also come. What is lacking is the tier system, in which if you are selected for a firm that is in the low tier and then a really good package comes, you can still apply for it. This is not in JMC, though and no preparation for placements is there. Apart from audit, very less good firms come.

Overall, a great college. Must go for it.

Placements: Around 80% students get placed. Big four that include Deloitte, EY, KPMG along with PwC, visit the college and around 10-15 people get placed in each of these firms. Also, firms like Grand Thornton and Mckinsey visit for recruitment. However, other than the accounting firms, all of them give preference to the economics students.

Best experience of my life.

Placements: There is a dedicated placement cell in the college, however, most students do not opt for placements and go for further studies or M.Phil. Every year, companies like Google, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. recruit students from this institution.

Beautiful campus, amazing faculty, and the library is love!

Placements: People pursuing B.A (Hons) English do not generally go for jobs immediately after the course because they tend to go for higher studies. However, the college has an active placement cell and the top corporates and organizations such as Deloitte, KPMG, Google, etc. recruit JMCites every year.

Jesus and Mary College's review.

Placements: The placements are good. In my batch, the highest package was 9 lakhs for B.com (Hons.). Seminars and company presentations take place on a regular basis. Everyone is given an opportunity to sit for all companies which come on campus. Companies like KPMG, Deloitte, Wipro, Godrej, Bloomrooms, etc. came to recruit on campus.

Pretty satisfied but a scope of improvement is there.

Placements: In my college, 50% of the students were placed, so I would say that keeping in the mind of Delhi University, JMC provides quite decent placement opportunities. The college placements are so good that nobody was disappointed with it. Talking of my batch, there were a lot of students but the good thing is that almost 80% of the batch got placed. Even I got placed in Deloitte with a CTC of rupees 4.5 lakhs and it was more than expected by me, hence I was really happy with my placement. ...

JMC - I can proudly say it's my college!

Placements: Jesus and Mary college is well known for its placements. Many reputed and successful companies like KPMG, McKinsey, Deloitte, Airtel, Vodafone, Google and many more visit the campus for recruitment. Also, there are higher chances that you get placed as early as the second year of your course. Different companies visit for different job roles which provide each and every course to get an opportunity to grab the opportunity. Also, the college continuously notifies you if there are any internship o...

Jesus and Mary College- Its reputation says it all.

Placements: The placement cell of my college was amazing. Many reputed companies like Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Wipro, KPMG etc came during the placement drive. The average salary offered was around 40,000-50,000 per month. The roles that they offered were Tax Analyst, Marketing Incharge, Sales Executive, Accountant, Consultant etc. The placement team of JMC are very helpful in all means. They update you with all the information related to the companies and also provide assistance in selecting the companies...

JMC's review of infrastructure and its faculty.

Placements: Since, most of the courses of our college are only of graduate level, JMC does not have a lot of placements. However, it has a placement cell for those interested in working right after graduation. The placement cell helps you in choosing the right job matching your portfolio and profile.

Delhi University, Jesus and Mary College - you are looking.

Placements: I have finished my first semester in the college. Hence I don't have a clear idea about the college placement cell. Although, I have a few senior friends who are an alumnus of JMC and are working in reputed companies like the P4s and are also cracking the civil services examinations successfully.

Totally satisfied with the college as they helped me in where I am now

Placements: The placements in college were above average and at par with the top-ranked undergraduate colleges in the University of Delhi. Global MNCs, as well as Indian companies and startups, picked students from the campus for placements. Companies like Deloitte, Google, Zomato, KPMG, Ernst & Young, ITC, Godrej Properties, Oberoi and much more visited the campus. It’s a nice and big Wi-Fi enabled college and the best college in DU. It provides various courses and accordingly many societies. I was a part of Economics society in this college. This college is nice in terms of placements and crowd is nice. This college has a big library and even provides for E- Library for students.
