The college has all the facilities for students.

Placements: Mechanical companies which come for recruitment are very few, and students need to apply in other field jobs. Bluestar and Godrej are a few top recruiting companies for my course. During my graduation, the placement department doesn't provide many internships, so it's 1%. Mechanical design engineer, manufacturing manager, etc., are the top roles offered in my course.

Somaiya has the best infrastructure.

Placements: Nearly around 70% of the students got placed in some companies with an average package of 4-5 LPA. Due to Covid, this year's placement rate was low. Otherwise, the average package offered was 8-9 LPA. Somaiya has tie-ups with many companies that provide internships, and they notify it through email.

Very good opportunity for placement for an average student.

Placements: About 80% of students were placed from electronics engineering course, the highest package - 12 LPA, the lowest package - 3.5 LPA. Top companies like L&T, Bluestar, Amazon, reliance, TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, and many more recruited us. Extremely good infrastructure. Quality syllabus!

Placements: As almost every other college in Mumbai, KJSCE too has 100% placement record. However, the packages offered are good enough. The highest package offered everywhere is around 14-18 LPA, Minimum package of around 3-3.5 LPA and thus average for IT dept. is 7-8 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, etc. There are tons of internship opportunities for every branch in many domains.

The thing I loved the most is the campus, and it is so refreshing.

Placements: About 98% of the students from our course got placed. But due to lockdown, students planning for masters are stuck. So they haven't attended for placements, so this year the percentage of students who got placed will drop a little down. Even though at this time, they are trying hard and still some companies are coming even now for the placements. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Morgan Stanley, Browser sta...

It is the best college to pursue engineering at low fees.

Placements: This college is best for B.Tech and M.Tech with moderate fees. If you are good in your studies, then you will get nice placements easily. Almost every student who studies in this college gets placements. I also got placed in 2016 in Hyderabad. The basic salary offered is also good. If you want to become an engineer, then this college is best for you.

KJ Somaiya College of Engineering is a good college in infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The college provides many opportunities for placements. Training and placement officer Mr Mahesh Patil is continuously working for the same. Cisco, Siemens, Accenture, Reliance, are the top recruiting companies in our course. Our first upcoming company is Cisco, and we are preparing for the same. Placements are nil for our course now, but it will change soon.

Faculty and placements for non-IT branches are average, with rest all things are really good.

Placements: Placements here were good, especially for computers and IT branches. Almost every student got placed with an average salary package of 3.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is around 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA. Internships were not that encouraged by the college. I think the placement cell should start encouraging it so that students can get some exposure to the industry where they are going to work.
