KJ Somaiya College of Engineering is a good college in infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The college provides many opportunities for placements. Training and placement officer Mr Mahesh Patil is continuously working for the same. Cisco, Siemens, Accenture, Reliance, are the top recruiting companies in our course. Our first upcoming company is Cisco, and we are preparing for the same. Placements are nil for our course now, but it will change soon.

It is a great college for pursuing engineering.

Placements: Placements in our college are pretty good. Since the two accreditation, the placements have increased here. The highest salary package offered may be up to 7 LPA. Many reputed companies like JP Morgan, Majesco, etc., approached the college for placements.

It is one of the best engineering colleges I have ever experienced.

Placements: There were 120 students in our batch, where almost 100% of students got placed. Morgan Stanley was the highest-paid company followed by Barclays and many other highly rated companies. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 13 LPA.

Faculty and placements for non-IT branches are average, with rest all things are really good.

Placements: Placements here were good, especially for computers and IT branches. Almost every student got placed with an average salary package of 3.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is around 15 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is around 2 LPA. Internships were not that encouraged by the college. I think the placement cell should start encouraging it so that students can get some exposure to the industry where they are going to work.

It's one of the finest institutions in India for all round development.

Placements: There were more than 3 mass recruiters during our time, which indirectly ensured 100% placement, apart from these, there were more than 10 core companies for Computer and IT branches, around 5 for our branch (electronics and EXTC), there were very few core recruiters for the rest of the branches. A varied range of roles were offered right from completely core and technical to having a blend of managerial, marketing and consultancy. Apart from regular internships there's an organisation in Somaiy...

Autonomous Engineering College with a multitude of cultural fests.

Placements: About 100 students remained unplaced. Placements are conducted very smoothly. More than 25 companies visited the college. Most of the students who were unplaced had plans for further studies. Core engineering roles were offered to the students. The TPO is very helpful and eager to help the students.

Flamboyant college life with a very good campus experience. Faculty and placements are decent.

Placements: The placements of our college are decent. Many well-reputed companies like Microsoft, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, and Barclays, etc., have visited here. More than 80% of the students get placed from our college. Chances of getting a dream company with a salary package of 5 LPA are not that high, but around 20-30 students get placed in their dream companies. Rest of the students get a job in companies like Accenture or TCS who pay an average salary package of 3 LPA. Students accept such job offer...

Absolutely satisfied with decent placements and a brilliant campus.

Placements: KJSCE has provided decent placements for the 2017 batch and even better placements for 2018 and 2019 batches. The average package offered is probably around 5 LPA, the highest package offered was 10 LPA and the lowest being 2.1 LPA. But, we do need placement opportunities in the companies other than the one focusing on coding (IT). All the students irrespective of their branches have no choice but to enter IT companies unless they are offered digital marketing roles.

I'm not happy with electronics engineering course. Faculty and placement training must be improved.

Placements: The average placement package is 3.5 LPA. The highest placement offered was by Google, and they selected just 1 candidate. Bulk placements were offered by Infosys and Accenture. Non-tech companies also visit the college for placements for roles like digital marketing. Microsoft also recruited 2 candidates. The highest placement is observed in IT and computer science.

Those were the rewarding 4 years of my life. Glad to have been a part of this institution.

Placements: The college website would provide more detailed answers and accurate numbers about the placements. As far as I can recall, placements during my last year were good. According to the college website, 126 students (both UG+PG) had placement offers. The senior batch had 126 offers too. Roles offered were mostly in IT companies like Accenture, TCS, Infosys, L&T, Diebold, etc. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA, the average was 3.54 LPA, and the lowest was 1.80 LPA.
