Here, I have a good college experience.
Placements: Above 60% of students are placed with good skills and knowledge, and in the Electrical and Electronics course, the starting package is a decent package. After some experience, it develops, and they require skills in the job. Top companies like Bosch and other top companies are requiring our students.
Infrastructure: The EEE course is a very tough course in engineering, but the teaching method is very easy to understand, and there are more practical sessions, so it is very easy to understand and develop our skills. The facilities are very decent, and overall the hostel is good.
Faculty: The faculty is very knowledgeable, and their capabilities are high. Teaching quality is good. In this course, the curriculum is good and very useful to be ready for industry and to make good at all. The semester exams are easy because of the teaching method and coaching before examinations.
Other: In KSR, festivals are more happening, and it's very big festivals that also happen here, like Rungustav.

The EEE course has qualified faculty, a solid curriculum, and challenging exams.
Placements: I don't belong to a specific batch, but typically, 70-90% of EEE students get placed. The highest package can be 50 LPA+, and the average is 4-8 LPA. Top companies include Siemens, TCS, ABB. Internships from ISRO, DRDO. Roles: Engineer, Developer, Management Trainee.
Infrastructure: For EEE, typical facilities include Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs (Power Systems, Electronics, PLC), modern classrooms with projectors, and a library with technical books and journals. Hostels usually offer clean rooms, good food, medical facilities, and sports amenities for fitness.
Faculty: The EEE faculty is qualified and approachable, combining theoretical lessons with practical projects. The curriculum covers foundation concepts but could include more industry-relevant topics like IoT and renewable energy. Exams are moderately challenging, with a high pass percentage.

Solid Academics, Excellent Labs, and Vibrant Campus Life at KSRIET
Placements: The placement opportunities for EEE students are impressive. In the 2018-2022 batch, approximately 79.17% of students were placed in reputable companies. The highest package offered was 7.5 LPA, the average package stood at 3.13 LPA, and the median package was 3.2 LPA. These figures showcase the strong industry connections and support from the placement cell.
Infrastructure: The EEE department at KSRIET is equipped with modern labs, spacious classrooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi for an optimal learning experience. The library offers a vast collection of technical resources. Hostel rooms are clean and comfortable with good study space, and the mess provides nutritious meals with a variety of options. The canteen serves affordable snacks. Medical facilities are available, and sports facilities include cricket, football, and a gym. Overall, the infrastructure supports both academic growth and student well-being.
Faculty: The faculty in the EEE department are highly qualified and knowledgeable. They are approachable and supportive, ensuring students understand complex concepts with ease. The teaching quality is excellent, combining theoretical learning with practical applications. The curriculum is well-structured and regularly updated to align with industry requirements, preparing students for both core and interdisciplinary roles. Various hands-on projects, workshops, and training sessions ensure students are job-ready by the end of the course. Semester exams are moderately challenging but manageable with proper preparation. The pass percentage is consistently high, reflecting the efforts of both students and faculty in achieving academic success.
Other: I chose Electrical and Electronics Engineering because it combines traditional electrical topics with modern technology. The best parts are the practical lab work, helpful teachers, and a course that fits with industry needs. I wish there were more courses on new topics like renewable energy and IoT. The college has fun events and fests, and the campus is peaceful with good transport. Scholarships are available, and there are plenty of sports and activities to enjoy.

Really good infrastructure but we need more facilities.
Placements: 50 percent of students are placed in my college. 4.8 lakh per annum is the highest package, the lowest is 1.5 lakh per annum, and the average is 3 lakh per annum. On our campus, there are more companies recruiting, such as Smart TV, Wipro, and Microsoft. 70 percent of students got internships in the above companies.
Infrastructure: Specialized labs with AC, free Wi-Fi, separate libraries for each department, advanced electronic devices, and kits are there. Facilities in the hostel are a playground, gym, and indoor games room. Food is good when compared to other hostels. Medical facilities are available 24 hours with a college-owned ambulance. All kinds of sports are there with separate grounds.
Faculty: Teachers are good, helpful, and so kind to clear out doubts. They are well-knowledgeable. Teaching is also good. Yes, the course is curriculum relevant. It makes students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 7.5 CGPA. The semester exams are so tough to clear because they're from another college. But by luck some questions may be easier.
Other: I chose it because I am interested in mechanical. There are opportunities in core and good infrastructure. We need more facilities, more improvement in knowledge, and advanced syllabus.
