Placements: As much as I know, not a single student gets placed from the college side. We even didn't get many chances to prove ourselves. The placement cell is nothing but just a name. Some students did an internship, but they are not paid or knowledgeable or less paid.
Placements: Kalindi college is one of the reputed colleges of Delhi University which offer various courses. It is placed in the north campus which is A graded by NAAC and ranked 43rd by NIRF. 60 percent of students get internship through college placements, till now, the highest salary offered is 35000 per month. Top recruitment companies are Amazon and Cipla.
Placements: Placements are good in our college. Our department organises different seminars and workshops to make us more confident and know more about career options. Our department takes us to different small as well as huge industries to attend their events.
Placements: My course is life sciences and in this course, students study all parts of botany, zoology, and chemistry. There are no placements in our course but some professors can guide students for taking parts in training in CSIR laboratory, and students can get apply for internships through our placements cell kryptus but most of them are unpaid. Societies are good they keep conducting poster, quiz, and many other super fun activities. Students can also join Enactus Kalindi and ABVP Kalindi if students ...
Placements: Placements have been a major issue. There is no placement cell in our college. Neither there are any internship programs. But the college does provide a few extra courses like tourism course was introduced to which many students actively participated.
Placements: The placement cell of our college provides time to time internships for students. We can also apply for internships. Even our university has a central placement cell which also provides good placements in very good companies.
Placements: Placements in our college were below average. Since the past 4-5 years, none of the top companies visited our campus for placement. College is good, but their placement graph is down. I am very disappointed by the placement. The college doesn't provide internships to students.
Placements: There were nearly sixty per cent students recruited in this course. Not sure about the top companies which would provide services related to this course. There were no internships provided for the beginners or for third year students, it was only in the intermediate year that one could take up an internship. There was a group of about 3-4 members for the same. There was no top role offered for this course.
Placements: Students should score above 70% in their academics and compulsions of maths and science stream to get placed. There is a division of core subjects which contain 40% of marks in theory and 60% of Nasscom exams. Top roles offered to the students are web developer, Java developer, data analyst, software developer, WordPress developer and many in IT field. In our course, the lowest salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month and the maximum salary offered will be as per the market standard.
Placements: Very less (10%) students GOT placed from our batch and those 10% of students searched their jobs on their own. College didn't provide any kind of internship or placement to our batch. We all were very disappointed. Infact, we haven't GOT our marksheet yet. Even though it is a college of Delhi university but still it was very bad experience for all of us at kalindi specially in our course. I don't know about other courses. They didn't even provide us training or internships.
Placements: There are no placements for B.Sc. students. Only BPO jobs are provided, which is not for B.Sc. students. Placement rate is very low. Companies don't hire many students. One year before, placements were good, but now companies are not visiting our college.
Placements: There is a separate placement cell formed and run by students. However, the placements at that time were not up to the mark. Just for the namesake, they call a few companies who hardly offer the average package of 1.8 LPA. The situation might have changed now. None of the students got placed from my batch. Around 4-5 students were selected by a few companies that visited our college, but seeing the pay scale and other terms, none of them opted for joining.
Placements: Placements are not very good in Kalindi for graduation level. Few companies visit the campus at the end of the 3rd-year, but CTC offered is low. Approximately 1-2% of the students get placed. The college does not provide internships for English honours, and I cannot assure for the rest of the courses.
Placements: Placements in the college are mostly for jobs like an air hostess which are not preferred by the students of our course. The roles offered are lesser related to our journalism course, and as a result, students have to either pursue higher studies or look for jobs themselves. I had to opt for higher studies because our college didn't offer any placements for journalism students.
Placements: Kalindi college doesn't provide placements for journalism students. Neither our seniors nor our batch students got placed. Professors do help you to contact alumni and the industries, but there is no as such formal placement process. Students sometimes get internship opportunities that too are unpaid. Classes are rigorous and grade focused, and practical knowledge is provided by conducting practical sessions.
Placements: The placements were not good on the campus. Not many companies visit the campus for undergrads. Moreover being in an off-campus college, you have to rush to north campus every time to attend the placements, and most of them are contract bounded. However, you can go for it, if you want to start your corporate career as soon as possible. They will often offer you to go for the M.Tech course along with the placement, and also they don't pay much.
Placements: It is a very nice college. The placements were very high in our senior batch. I'm a BA student, and we don't know what happens with our branch. I have no clue about the highest and the lowest salary offered to the students. I heard that most of the companies have come for B.Tech students. Only a few students have got selected in the placements, and also the number of companies that come for the placements is less.
Placements: I have very good experience in my college. There are many companies who came and give the opportunity to us to develop yourself. The career options are good. Many company's hire students from our campus INR 8000-10000 per month is the average salary. Percentage required should at least be 75%. Internships are also provided by the college. There are many companies who are participating in placement drive like Talocity Instasolution Pvt. Limited offers 3 jobs- Java Developer, Business Development ...
Placements: Placements were not satisfactory not more than 20% were placed the highest salary offered was 4.5 per annum the lowest offered salary was unpaid as an intern, companies visited include TCS, IBM, HCl etc. Around 50% got internship the highest offered was 10000/month and the lowest was unpaid. Yes, there is a placement cell and it recently being created it is quite useful as team members are very active and job fairs are organized on regular basis so it is quite beneficial to the students.
Placements: The placement cell is not at all satisfactory at least for the commerce graduate. However, the placements are arranged with the help of students itself who themselves try to bring companies to the college through sources. The placement though provided are very average and not a satisfactory profile at all. Very few can be said, only 10-15 were placed and that too at ICICI into sales profile. The pay scale was quite low at approximately 180000-24000 per annum. Loyal Mahindra top had the same prof...
