Placements: Placement is average. The salary package offered is up to 8 LPA. The internship percentage is up to 65%. B.Com course is almost in demand. The highest salary package offered is up to 15 LPA. There are so my start-ups that provide the opportunity for internships for students. Mostly, internships are for commerce and economic course.
Placements: Internships at a bachelor's level in psychology are not satisfactory. Most of the internship companies are startups, and the roles are usually for promoting their pages on social media or writing blogs for their websites. About half of our class has done some internships so far in the second year, but they do not pay well, and we might have to pay for the internship ourselves.
Placements: The highest and the lowest packages offered are 8.1 LPA and 3 LPA, respectively. The top recruiting companies for our course were KPMG, Wipro, Deloitte and many others. Around 150 students got internships in other big companies like Go Barefoot, Oppo etc. The top profiles offered in our course were auditor, sales executive, business development associate etc.
Placements: I am not aware of how the placement works because I am currently in the second year. But based on the LinkedIn posts, our college collaborates with firms some of which you might not have even heard names of, but others like Wipro, Indian express, etc. which are pretty good. But it depends on which course are you pursuing. For example, there are only opportunities related to NGO service for sociology and political science students, while most of the companies come to take up students from either ...
Placements: There are 45 students in my course. Top recruiting companies are wipro and EY, Around 10-15% of students got their internship through the placement cell in our college. Top roles are Data analyst, Business Development, etc. Their are various other big companies which come for the placement like Accenture.
Placements: An average of 53% of students were placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 3.8 LPA, while the lowest was 2.8 LPA. The top recruiting company was EY. About 60% of students interned in companies like The Digital Media and the roles offered were those of assistant managers, and supervisors.
Placements: Placements happen in the final year, so I can't say. But from what I've heard, the placement cell of the college holds regular sessions and allows students to understand and take part in various roles. All internships and job offers that come up are genuine too.
Placements: Placements cells are good to approach for commerce subjects and business and sales opportunities. Most of the opportunities will come from companies that are in their start-up stage thus the salary or stipend given, might not be very much but can help students learn skills.
Placements: There are a lot of students who got placed through the college, but in my course many students go for Master's or MBA. Generally, the startup companies conduct the placements. So, the package offered is not very high. For a graduate, it's somewhat fair. Talking about the placements from our course, it was about 50%-60% last year, but again the reason was many of them opted for Master's degree. About 85% of students got internships in our course. The placement cell of our college is very active, ...
Placements: A lot of companies source employers from our college, being a leading college for courses like English and Journalism tends to open up a lot of placement opportunities related to these two disciplines. In fact, a lot of well-paying internships (up to Rs.10000) open up for students specifically from these disciplines.
Placements: During the 2020 placement drives, 15 companies approached the institute for placements, and 35 students got placed. In 2020, the highest package stood at 6 LPA, whereas the average package stood at 3.5 LPA, and the highest stipend for the summer internship placement is 10,000. Some of the top recruiters include KPMG, E&Y, FIS Global, Teach For India, Deloitte and many more. The placement cell introduced a new section named Government Jobs and Scholarship Opportunities in the year 2019-20. This s...
Placements: Although it is been just 2 months all our seniors have told us that college placements are normal and many students prefer to go for masters, so they do not look forward to college placements. Students do have a placements cell that posts about internships. If students are looking for doing internships during the semester then it is a viable option.
Placements: Nil percent of students are placed this year in my course. There were very few placements this year because of covid. Few companies came like Wipro, etc. There were only 1% of students who got placed. HR and analysis department actually recruited students from our course.
Placements: Various positions were offered to students. Most of the students were recruited by EY for a data analyst role. The salary package offered was 2.25 LPA to 2.75 LPA. For this, there were several rounds conducted starting from a Google form then a knowledge test which was based on technical questions and judgment questions. After clearing the test they conduct a group discussion which is followed by personal interview for the selected candidates.
