Placements: PROSPICIO, the placement cell of Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi provided placements to around 10-15% students in the department of commerce. Some of the recruiting companies were KPMG, E&Y, Wipro and Teach for India. The roles offered by the companies included tax analysis, auditing and marketing.
Placements: 10% Urdu students in the previous batch were placed in the companies like EY, KPMG, GDS, Wipro. The placement cell of the college is actively bringing in recruitments for the third year students Human Resource Manager, Sales, Marketing 40% (Pixele, Vedica Scholarship Programme, Inglu, HDFC Bank).
Placements: B.Com (Hons. ) percent of students who were placed from my course varies from 5% to 15%. Some of the top recruiting companies that take placements are KPMG, EY GDS and EY India, WIPRO. The roles offered are tax analyst, audit and marketing. The highest package offered is around 6-7 Lacs p. a. and the lowest goes to around 2-2.5 Lacs p. a.
Placements: About 20% of the students from our course were placed. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are Ernst and young and KPMG. About 60% of the students got internships from our course mainly in startups.
Placements: My course is a BA Honours in history. Approximately 60% of the students were admitted in our course. The college has its own placement cell however no such placements are offered in humanities subject like history. About 40-60% of the students from the B.Com course got placed. The highest salary package offered in B.Com is 3 LPA.
Placements: Our college placement cell is really good I got to experience google, Oberoi group, RBS. The highest salary was offered by google was rs.50000 per month. Around 10% got an internship from my course. We had 3 sections for my course each comprising of 60 students.
Placements: I don't have much idea about the placement procedure in my college as most of the students in our course does not sit in interviews. Only 20% of students are interested in getting placed. Nearly all the students who apply for the placement get placed in good companies with the annual package of 3-4 Lacs.
Placements: Placements are not offered to our department. Placements of other departments are a very good offering for the salary package of up to 12 LPA. Companies like Wipro, KPMG, etc. visited our college. From our course, students opt for embassies, NGO or other organisations working in the field of human developments for internships.
Placements: Placements depend upon the academic percentage. If the academic percentage is high, then the placements are high. Still, many students get placements. Almost 20 students in our batch were placed. Average to good students were placed. Some students got selected in a well-known campus. There is no placement cell.
Placements: The placement at Kamala Nehru is excellent. About 60% student are placed just after graduation. Placement cell is highly active and does organise workshops time to time. Also anyone and put up their placement related query, they are very friendly and helpful.
Placements: Most of our seniors and classmates are doing post-graduation in political, and some are doing LL.B. The college has a women development cell where students can learn to empower and encourage women. Some of our classmates are now interned as teachers in schools. To get good placements, you should have at least 68-75% aggregate in academics.
Placements: The college has a placement cell. Many seminars and activities are held by it. It offers pretty good placements. Activities like CV writing are also organised. However, there are a few placement opportunities for B.A programme students.
Placements: About 15% chances of placement. But honestly, not many people from my department opt for placements or jobs as we mostly look forward to giving UPSE exam or law exams. But anyways, our college gives plenty of internships and jobs opportunities only if you are worthy of it.
Placements: Placements for our batch were okay. Two of the big 4 namely EY and KPMG came to the college to recruit students. Among others were NIIT, Wipro, Oberoi Group of Hotels, etc. The whole selection process was well-organised. Also, the placement cell was very helpful with managing the placements.
Placements: The placements are interesting but challenging. Good and reputed companies like KPMG and EY global visit our college for placements. Usually 5-6 are hired by any company. There are various levels which a student has to pass in order to get placement.
Placements: The placements in our college are pretty good, but scarce at this time. Very few students are placed. We found that a few companies visit the college whereas there must be atleast 7-8. I would also tell that the companies' online tests are very wierd, they don't really test a person's knowledge, but the memory.
Placements: The placement cell of Kamala Nehru college is called The Prospicio, which always works hard enough to get good and decent placements for the students. Most of the placements are offered to the commerce students. Companies like E&Y and KPMG turn up every year.
Placements: Placements of knc are decent enough to sit in. Most placements come for the B.Com and B.Com (H) profile. EY and KPMG are the leading recruiters. Packages offered are decent enough for freshers but the plant cell is not able to target bigger companies.
Placements: Since the college offers mainly graduation courses, the placement opportunities are limited but enriching and learning at the same time. My batch has not been recruited yet. Internships opportunities are well-circulated in the WhatsApp groups. The placements are well-organised on the campus.
