The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. The placement cell of the college is active and faculty is good.
Placements: The placement cell of the college is active and around 30-40% of students were placed. The top recruitment drives are done by Yardi, Buyju's, Capgemini, Yardi etc. They hire at the entry level or as freshers. Some local financial services and industry also visit the college for campus placement.
Infrastructure: The facilities are good as the college is a very old, reputed college and is very famous in the region. All the departments have their own labs dedicated to them. The library is the best in the Vidarbha region. The quality of hostel is okay and food is okayish.
Faculty: The teachers or professors are very helpful in teaching and they teach in a patient way dealing to complete the syllabus. I think the curriculum should be more industry-specific so that the students can have exposure to the industry. A lot more tours to industry could be planned.

Top class infrastructure, peaceful environment, placement is an issue, lame in other activities.
Placements: Here is this college, the placement record used to be excellent before 2010. But after this period, sudden drop was observed up to 2017. This drop of placement was primarily due to disinterest of former Placement Officers. But now placement is back on track. Many companies are visiting campus now. BPO, IT, Core for Civil, Mechanical, Electronics etc. Companies have recruited. Before 2010, placement percentage was roughly about 60-70%. For next 7 years up to 2017 is was dropped down to nearly 30%. But this year, it is expected to reach 60% by the end of session.
Infrastructure: In case of infrastructure, KITS Ramtek is best in class. Campus is spread in 50 acres of land. Campus is green and the environment is best. Lawns and trees can be spotted everywhere. Rose garden is a beauty. Coming to the buildings, almost every department has a separate building. A huge library with almost all the books on it's shelves, a dedicated gym building and indoor stadium, basketball court, volleyball court, Cricket and football ground. Separate hostels for boys and girls with separate mess facility. Hostels and mess are affordable and of quality. Separate workshop for mechanical dept, 4 big auditoriums in each building. Labs are decent. Electronics lab has some vintage devices to perform experiments on. Classrooms are also very good. Wi-Fi speed is as good as a 2G network.
Faculty: There were times when the faculty of this college used to be best and experienced. But the current situation is not good enough in terms of teaching. Very few departments such as Mechanical and Civil has handful of experienced staff. But 70% faculty is just bizarre now. Teaching pattern is only exam oriented now. And focus is mostly on previous year question paper. The syllabus is completed by hook or by crook. Industry exposure is minimum and totally depends on one's interest and approach.
Other: College sometimes behaves as a boarding school. Cultural night is organised only once in a year. There is no special function on annual day, except a formal prize distribution ceremony. Class work is ON this day which sounds quite horrible. Sports day is held but 70% students are unaware of it. Only hostellers are well aware. Every department has a Forum and many national forums such as IEEE, IETE, NASA are working. But the activities conducted by then are simply Lame and of highschool standards. Scholarships are available.

Placements: For the civil and mechanical department, there is a good chance of placement. For other branches, the chances are very low. If you want to get admission in this college, go for mechanical or civil. The college also provides education of architecture. There is very good teaching in the college.
Infrastructure: The buildings and premises of the college are good. It is located in Ramtek which is famous for Gad Mandir. There is greenery on the college. The college buildings are very well built, and different departments have different buildings. It also provides hostel facilities for girls and boys.
Faculty: The faculty of the college are very good. They teach us very well. In the first year of education, they teach strictly and make the environment very strict. Overall, the education is good. The college environment for education is also good if you want to take admission.
Other: There are different fests. Wi-Fi connectivity is all over the campus. There is government scholarship. NCC campaign, NSS campaign are there in the college.

Other: It’s good when compared with other colleges in the region. The faculty members are quite experienced ones. Though placement has been a concern in recent few years with few companies coming in the campus. Especially, for core branches like Mech, civil and electronics. But, if one is quite good enough then he gets placed through college. The studying environment is all good with good labs, study hall and it goes without saying that it had good Mess food which we found only when we passed the college life.
