This college is good in comparison to other private institute.

Placements: No core companies come to KIET. So, the placement of core branches is not good, but for other branches such as CS, IT and EC, it is almost 95%. The facilities for mechanical branch and civil engineering is best in Delhi NCR from other private colleges. So, they provide enough quality education to qualify exams such as GATE, AGCAT, and IES.

Really good on education point of view.

Placements: Last year out of 120 students, 44 students got placed with the highest package of 9 LPA while the average is of 1.5 LPA in our institute. There are not many companies related to our branch come for campus recruitment, and some IT companies recruit most of the students. There is no stipend provided to us when we do some summer internship programme from here.

My first year experience in KIET college.

Placements: Well I am from IT branch in KIET and it feels little good than other branch except CSE branch. The IT and CS branch is almost same with a placement ratio of greater than 80 Percent and an average package of 4-5 Lacs. Many company visits the campus during placement and at last if you are from any of these two branch you will get a assured placement even if you are a average student. The top 5 students in each branch get a package of around 10 Lacs, so it is good to keep your percentage maintained...

Absolutely dissatisfied because of old curriculum ,faculty is not good ,attendence issue is also bad

Placements: Placement ratio is decreasing year by year, around 50% student was placed and most of them were in sales or marketing department. Core branches company number to visit for placement are very less. The quality of company visited are not so good, mostly they are a startup. Yes, we do have a placement cell but it didn't work properly.

The best college in AKTU but a small campus.

Placements: The average placement in our college is around 3-5 Lacs per annum and it can go upto around 12 Lacs per annum too depending upon the student. The placement for CSE is above 90%. Many major companies like samsung etc. Also visit our college. This is considered among top placements in the colleges of AKTU (UPTU) but if we compare it to NIT's or IIT's it's nothing So if you want a college from UPSEE then it is among the top in terms of placements.

Satisfied with the level of quality of life here, good placements and supportive faculty.

Placements: The placement record of KIET is good as compared to other engineering colleges of AKTU. The placements for IT, CS, and EC stream are good. For the batch of session 2014-18, nearly 180 students of CS have been placed in companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and for EC branch, nearly 80 students have been placed so far. But when we talk about the companies related to mechanical branch, it's not that good. Only, 20 students have been placed in companies like Hindustan Unilever Ltd, Pernod Ricard, e...

KIET group of institutions, Ghaziabad.

Placements: There are placements in CS and IT branch, but there are very few companies coming for the core branches like mechanical, civil and electrical which is why most of these core branch students prepare for GATE, and there are also soft skills trainers who train us for the placements.

The epitome of knowledge fun and learning comes all together at KIET, Ghaziabad.

Placements: The placement at KIET is decent, and the efforts made by the CRPC (placement team) is remarkable, and they try to provide all platter of jobs to a student from non-tech to tech backgrounds. The placement for this college is no doubt very good in comparison to all the other private colleges in the region or the entire UP.

The college is good enough for the average students.

Placements: The placements on the campus were good enough. Every student was placed except some exceptions. But the package wasn't that good. The minimum package was 1.8 LPA, the average package was 2.1 LPA, and the maximum package was 3.4 LPA(TCS), and if you are an average student. Do not have through 60 all over in your career. You can take admission, its best for you.

The KIET is one of the best private institutes in NCR region.

Placements: The placement record of KIET is good only for the CS and IT branches. Some CS and IT companies like TCS and Tech Mahindra also take the students from other branches. Almost all the students got placed. The average placement package is 2.5L-3.5L per year. Some mechanical companies also come for placement like Tata, Hero, etc. But for them, you need good knowledge and technical skills. Also, there is a group name as SAE KIET, almost all the members of this group get good companies.

There is a good faculty here, but sometimes they show a forcing nature.

Placements: Placements are on an average level, for the core branches and in core companies. Here, CS/IT companies are regularly doing drives and placement are done at a good level here. The maximum package for this year till date is about Rs. 12 lakh per annum. The average package here is about Rs. 2-3 Lakhs. The major companies in IT sector are recruiting from this college. The core companies like HAL have conducted the drive here, and much other core companies are also coming to this college.

Friendly faculty and management. High percentage placements.

Placements: We were provided with lots of opportunities in our college. Just like our seniors. They are very helpful. Our college provides 80-85% placement with over 30 companies in a calendar year. Companies come with their team in our college and select 10-150 students.

An AKTU college which has best placements and facilities.

Placements: The placements are good and it's been increasing from the last 4-5 years. The highest package for this year is 13.5 LPA and the lowest package is 2 LPA. I think approximately 60% students get placed. There is a placement cell which has taken the responsibility of placement.

It is among the top colleges of UPTU known for its quality education and placements.

Placements: For CS and IT, the placements are about 90%, and the avg package is about Rs. 3 Lakhs, but for other branches, it is quite low and is approximately 50-60%, according to my seniors says. Put your hard work to get the best package. As I said, there is no much more scope in mechanical and other branches as they have an average package in this college.

A good college but dumb education system.

Placements: Mechanical and electrical placements are not that satisfactory as only 30-40% of the eligible students get placed. This is a fault of the education system and not the college, as the college organises a number of workshops and events for students to excel their knowledge. The placements of other branches are nearly 100% (of eligible students) especially for CS and IT. The average salary offered to mechanical and electrical ones is nearly 3 lacs/annum whereas, for CS and IT, it's 4 lacs/annum. Th...

KIET-Ghaziabad, an amazing platform to learn.

Placements: Placements were good. Mass recruitment is not happening much. But a lot of companies are coming and hiring students from the campus. A lot of pool drives are also taking place. Last year, almost 80% students got placed at various organisations. A big thumbs up for that.

Dissatisfied with the placement in my college.

Placements: The placements are 60 percent around CS and IT. 20% in mechanical. 30% in EC, 25% in electrical, and 5-7% in civil branches so far. The placements in the KIET are poor as compared to another engineering college. G L Bajaj is good as compare to KIET Engineering College because its fees are less as compared to G L Bajaj.

Great college of A.K.T.U. Good college life experience. It has a lush green area.

Placements: The placement record of the college is quite satisfactory. There is a good scope for placement especially in CSE and IT. About 90% of the eligible students of CS and IT of the previous year got placed in various companies. The highest package offered last year was Rs. 12 Lakhs by Ion Trading, and the lowest package was Rs. 1.2 Lakhs per annum by Genpact. The average package is approximately Rs. 3 Lakhs per annum. The best college in Delhi NCR region.

Placements: In 2014, major recruiters were TCS and Tech Mahindra. Both hired around 150 students each. But, in 2018 till February, more than 20 students were placed in TCS, more than 65 in Capgemini and more than 30 in Wipro. The major reason for less hiring is by mass recruiters because there were lesser projects by this companies and also coding round has also been introduced from 2018 onwards, making it difficult for non-CS students. IT students can clear the paper. Still, many major companies with good...

It is a good college for engineering in Ghaziabad.

Placements: The placements were good for CS & IT branches. The companies such as TCS, WIPRO, Infosys were regular recruiters in our college. They offered system engineers profile with 3.5 LPA. Samsung also offered black box and white box tester profiles in the college with 6 LPA. Many students in electrical got placed in PSUs through GATE.
