It is a good college but with a poor location.

Placements: I heard the placements are good. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. TCS and Infosys are the top recruiters. The highest salary package offered was 44 LPA.

The college is good for dedicated students.

Placements: Placements are good for students. About 80% of students in our college get placed, and the EN branch has got 100% placements this year. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.

Review of KIET Group of Institutions.

Placements: Electronic and electrical had 100% placements and CSE had top packages of more than 40 LPA but that was off-campus. You have to work on your own to learn skills or join a club for good packages. Most probably would have to learn on your own as a non-CS student and the placement won't be good if you don't.

Overall, the college is average.

Placements: Since it is located in Delhi-NCR, some of the top companies visiting tier-1 colleges also visit the campus and offer some lucrative packages. These packages vary from 18-30 Lacs per annum. But the number of students getting these packages is very small and limited to only tech companies. The average package is around 4.5-5 Lacs per annum. The placement percentage is 90-95% in tech and 65-70% in non-tech courses. The college provides support for internships, but don't expect too much. Hard work i...

The best placements are available in Delhi NCR.

Placements: Mass recruiting and also dream companies visit our college for recruitment. The average salary offered is around 4 LPA. A new branch has recently started (AI) which is going to offer placements in the data analytics domain. Overall, the placements are good.

Review of KIET Group of Institutions (KIET).

Placements: Placements are very good in our college as teachers focus on this part. There is a placement cell named IIPC, which puts a lot of effort into the placements. It also helps students in getting internships to 2nd and 3rd-year students. The average salary package offered ranges between 4-6 LPA in the computer science and ECE courses.

If you are from an engineering background, you can join KIET.

Placements: In our college, the average salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Most of the companies which visit here are mass recruiters. However, some reputed companies like Adobe, ColdNation, etc., also visit KIET, which offer huge placements. In 2019, those companies offered a salary package of 35 LPA, but none of the students was able to get it.

Placements: The highest salary package offered was around 11.02 LPA. The top recruiters from our college are TCS, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra. The placement is excellent as far as getting placed is concerned. But the salary packages offered are not-so-high. The average salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA. Just one company HUL offers a salary package varying from 8 LPA-10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA. For recruitment, an Aptitude round followed by technic...

Placements: From MBA, out of 120 students, only 60 students got placed, i.e., only 50% of the students. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Byju's, Careers360, DCM Shriram, Xplorabox and HDFC Life. I am dissatisfied because of some faculty members and the worst placements.

Placements: Due to coronavirus pandemic, our batch got fewer opportunities for placement. Maximum 10-15% of the students got placed in core companies with a maximum salary package of 4 LPA. Atkins is one of the top recruiting companies. Students are able to get internships from college as the internship department of the college is good. Top recruiting company of our course is Gammon India Private Limited.

I am satisfied with our college teaching, average placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college are mostly available for CS and IT students. About 75% placements are provided for CS and IT branch. Mostly marketing and sales companies visit our college for placements. They provide the lowest salary package of 3 LPA and the highest salary package of 12 LPA. In core branches like civil, mechanical, the placement rate is very low, i.e., about 25%.

Placements: About 80% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered is 1.20 LPA. MRF is the top recruiter of our course, and the assistant manager is the top role offered in our course. The average salary package offered in our course is 1.50 LPA. About 60% of the students got internships, but students have to pay for it. Some companies charge amount for internships like Reliance Security.

Placements: I think 40% students are placed in my course. The highest offered salary is 4 Lacs in core and 10 Lacs in marketing company. I don't know the top recruiting company of my course. All student do internship because it is mandatory but mostly from government sectors like PWD etc.

Placements: Placements are good for computers science and IT branches, but for the core branches such as electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, companies visiting the campus are few, and there are no core companies for civil. Many companies come for marketing and sales or business development profiles. The average package offered is 3 to 4 LPA.

Placements: Placements for our batch were hit by a drop in the industry. Companies have decreased their preference for B-tier colleges. Nonetheless, companies like Dell, Samsung, TCS, Motherson Sumi Systems, Kirloskar, etc., visited the campus in the 8th semester for placements. Placements: Placements for the 2009-2013 batch were average. The mass recruiter named TCS only hired 39 students that year. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA by Samsung. A lot of students had to wait for 6 months to get placed in pool placement drives. Most of the companies have offered software profiles like assistant system engineering roles.
