The college is a package to help a student to grow technically, socially, morally, and brightly.

Placements: The placements in our university have often involved companies from India as well as outside India. The placements in civil engineering department involve IT companies such as Mu-Sigma, Accenture, Deloitte, Infosys, etc., and the core company like Simplex Infrastructure. One of the students from the last year batch has been placed with good records within their session. The ongoing placement season is marching towards 100% placement record as a maximum of the students have been involved in a cer...

It is a college for opportunity and knowledge.

Placements: The placements are good overall. The college has a good placement cell and invites companies for recruitment. The college also organises training for placements so that the students get into good companies. Almost 98% of the students get placed every year.

KIIT, a place where one admires to come.

Placements: The placements are generally good. More than 4000 students are going to be graduated next year in different branches of engineering. The companies from different parts of the world visit the university. The placement scenario in recent years is generally nice with placements up to more than 90 percent in reputed companies, and most of the students bagged multiple offers.

My college life of a KIITian.

Placements: The placements are good for students in CSE, IT, EEE, E&I, etc. For students studying in mechanical, electrical and civil, the placements should be improved. Companies like Mu Sigma, Ericsson, Shapoorji & Pallonji, Simplex, Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, BYJUs visit the campus.

It is worth the money campus. Mostly, the students get placed, but sometimes, it will be worse.

Placements: Generally, the placements do occur in a good number. Companies like Simplex, Shapoorji and other small construction companies come and take away students. The teachers are very much experienced and would help in preparing for GATE, CAT and other competitive examinations. The highest salary package offered was 32 Lacs. There is a placement cell in the college.

A good university with every best placement, nice infrastructure and best hostel facilities.

Placements: The placements of KIIT University were the best in terms of students who belonged IT and the CS branch as most of the companies that visited were from that field only. In case of the core branches, placement was average as only half of the students were able to find themselves placed. Companies like Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Simplex, Tech Mahindra, Hp visited the campus. Around 10% of the students were offered internship. Most the students have placed with a package of 3-4 Lacs per annum averagely,...

One of the best universities a student admires to study in with all comforts

Placements: The placement scenario is good here in comparison to other private universities. Till the end of the graduating batch, almost 80-90% of the eligible students are placed in reputed companies and a few of them are with highest packages of 10-15 lacs P.A. Overall, the average salary is 4-5 lacs P.A.

KIIT teaches you how to lead your life!

Placements: The placement sessions are really good. We start our preparation right from 6 months before the actual placement scenario. We have mock tests conducted by various providers almost twice a week. There are aptitude, quant, logical, verbal classes taken almost until the end. Before a few weeks from the interviews, we have mock GDs & PI and we are ready for Day 0, which goes on for a month or more with more than 20+ companies coming for recruitment. Post which, there are Day 1 & 2 where mainly mass ...

Qualified and knowldegable faculty.

Placements: Placement for M.ech structural engineering is not very good. You may assume that 50% of the total students get placed. My seniors were placed in very good companies like Tata Housing. But not all the students. Placements are dependent upon the students only. Apart from campus placement, KIIT University gives you chance to join KIIT as a faculty. For that, you have to clear the college faculty exam which will be held in the last semester.

Good for value of money. Specially for CS, IT, ETCE and EEE branches.

Placements: Only IT companies visit as mass recruiters and recruit students in bulk. No core placements. The average salary is around Rs 2.8 to 3 lakhs per annum. 70% students get placed on day 1 as all those 70% gets placed in IT companies. The highest salary is roughly around Rs 5 lakhs per annum. Since the college is least co-operative, hence doing an industrial internship is quite tough until and unless you have any source.

KIIT University: The most adorable college I have ever seen.

Placements: The placement is really good here. Although a few core companies came for recruitment, the space was filled up by other IT companies. They come here with about 3.5 to 8 lakhs of package. They gave the roles of student junior engineer, site visitor, etc. They also arrange training so that one can cope with the companies. Companies start coming in the 6th semester & keep coming even after the 8th semester.

Best environment for study and placements.

Placements: Placement is good. Many companies visit the campus and recruit a good number of students. All you need to have little bit patience and good academics. Placements of the senior batch were average. Many students are yet to be placed. Highest package offered was 12 lakhs per annum and the average package was 4 lakhs per annum. Companies like Shapoorji and Palunji and many more renowned companies visit the campus.

Really good infrastructure and facilities with good placements.

Placements: Placements of our batch will be from July this year. Placements of our seniors have been very good so far. Initially, fewer placements were there as we are from the core branch and initially, only IT companies came. About 1 month after, more than 200 of our seniors have been placed and many of them are selected for internship based jobs. The highest salary offered in our branch till now is about 8 lakh per annum. The lowest is about 2 lakh per annum and the the average is 4.5 lakh per annum. ...

Somewhat satisfied with the experience.

Placements: The placement scenario till date, for the students of the civil engineering branch, has been somewhat good. But the students got mostly placed in IT sectors rather than core sectors. Approximately, 80-85% students got placed from the civil engineering branch. Almost all the students those who applied for an internship, got their internships from the college.

Placements: Average placement is 60 percent for all of the civil engineering students and the average salary is 5-7 LPA. Then maximum package according to this year is 35.75 LPA. Very few companies are coming here for placements of civil engineers but off campus placements are very good.

Good infrastructure and good placement. Awesome faculty.

Placements: Last year, placements were good but most of the students were hired by IT companies, but at the end of the year, there were good core companies. However, this year, due to recession in IT companies, till now placement is not up to the mark. oOur college is working hard to get each and every student placed. Talking about the average salary of 2014 batch, it was Rs. 5 lacs per annum. The highest package was Rs. 22.4 lacs per annum. Last year, it was Rs. 18 lacs pa and this year it is still under p...

Placements: As far as placements are concerned, KIIT University has a nice trend set till date. The students are able to take placements both in the IT and core companies from the civil branch. The core companies which visit for campus drive include L&T, Tech Mahindra, Shapoorji and Paloonji, Ashiyana etc while there are many IT companies that visited the campus on day 1, which include Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant etc with an average CTC of around 4.5-5 lakhs. Well, KIIT University is one of the most prestigious colleges of India rising up to fame in just a small amount of time. The Founder Sri Achyuta Samanta is one the most intellectual and kind person I have ever met. Although, the faculty of the college is a bit average but the study atmosphere is quite good. KIIT campus is an E-Campus so there is no problem of ragging, etc. The hostel food sometimes gets a bit on the rough side but the problem is solved by the innumerable amount of eateries which...

It is the best college to study without any tension . The first thing one is sure to notice when he/she enters the campus of the college is the impressive academic building. However, something about which students often crib is that the campus is small as compared to other b-schools. There is also no available ground for outdoor activities such as cricket and football, forcing students to be content with indulging in indoor sports. The college has comfortable classrooms. The professors at this B...
