The campus of the college is well maintained.

Placements: There are many companies offering internships to the students, such as DE Shaw, Nestle, Reliance, and many other private companies. The stipend ranges from 10 to 30,000 per month, along with a job offer after the internship period is over, depending upon your performance.

Things to Know About Kirorimal College.

Placements: Around 20% of students are placed in my course. I don't have other information like companies; many small companies approve students and then refer them to other companies. Almost 70-85% of students get paid internships or non-paid internships in NGOs, and many more on a contract basis as well.

Crowd – Great people to connect and learn with.

Placements: Internship opportunities are tried with IITs and IIMs, which first provide training and development of candidates with the required skills in the market and then the companies hire students for a bare minimum ₹8000 stipend. Leading recruiters are WIPRO, MICROSOFT, BAJAJ, BYJUS, TCS, JP MORGAN, etc.

Kirori Mal College has just amazing.

Placements: Placement cell at the college helps students find internships and placements. Kirori Mal College, the highest salary package offered was 30 LPA -35 LPA, typically for roles in fields like consulting, finance, and data analysis. However, placement packages vary widely across departments, with the average salary package offered was 6PLA-10 LPA.

KMC: A cradle for talent.

Placements: Although the placement is really good for the college but it is generally for arts based subjects, in Science we do get internships but there are no placements offered. The internships however offered are really useful and help us to understand our subjects even more deeply.

Good college and better infrastructure is available.

Placements: Approximately 85 percent of students were placed in our college with the highest salary package of 9.8 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary package of 3 lakhs per annum. Many MNCs, like IBM, visit our college. A few students got internships outside of college.

It is a worthwhile experience and value for money.

Placements: For B.A. (Hons.) in Geography, there are no placements but for other courses such as B.Com our college provides placements. The placement cell is active in bringing placements to our college. In geography, students can excel in a particular field and find job opportunities such as oceanography, cartography, GIS, remote sensing, urban geography, etc.

Great faculty, good infrastructure, good library, gym, ground, and NCC at my college.

Placements: Around 15 students were placed in Computer Science. I don’t remember the companies' names right now, but one was McKinsey. One of my friends got a 9.5 LPA package. Almost every student who was interested in an internship easily got a good one.

Genuine review of my college .

Placements: Kirorimal college is one of the prestigious college of Delhi University. The course I am pursuing right now have currently more than more than 40%. The highest package received by an individual was around 12-16 LPA. The lowest offered was just around 4-5 LPA. The Lupin corporation and the Wipro.

My college life experience - is it good or bad.

Placements: I am involved in B.A. programme (Political Science and History) and this is my course. There are 10 to 15% of students got placed in my course. The highest salary offered is Rs 60,000 per month. The lowest salary offered is Rs 25,000 per month. I have no idea about the top recruiting companies. In my college, only 10% of students got internships from my course because most of the internships were not paid. Top roles offered are professors, teachers, etc.

Why to choose Kirori Mal College for history course!

Placements: In this course, no such placement is offered. It gives you the opportunity to learn, which you can apply on your own. As I already told you, there is no such placement for a history course or any other course except the commerce program and other science programs. But

College life after the covid.

Placements: Sadly, there are no direct placements for students pursuing geography until they have any specialized degree or skill in the fields of digital cartography, GIS and remote sensing. Our college provides placements to the students from economics, commerce and science backgrounds with a healthy package.

My engagement with campus life and the quality of social interactions is very good.

Placements: The training for placements will start from the 2nd year, and students will be eligible for placements from the 3rd year. The placement percentage for my course is nearly 85%. Most of us got placed. There are nearly 50+ companies that visit. Even for entrepreneurship, there are trainings regarding that. They provide idea labs to develop your ideas into projects.

Review of Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi.

Placements: As our college offers only Bsc.,, not BTech. So the chances of placement are low as compared to BTech colleges, but many companies come for recruitment. Coming on internships, then these are of 2 types: paid and unpaid, so there are many unpaid internships offered but a low chance of paid internships there.

I am dissatisfied because previous year placements were good.

Placements: My name is Pankaj Meena, and my course is BSc. Chemistry Honors 3rd year. I am passing out in the 2024 batch. My batch very few students take placement in my course.in Kirori Mal College, the highest package is 3-4 lakh and the lowest package is 50000 so it is not good for students. My multinational companies come for placement in my college, such as TCS and many others. In my course, only 20 to 30 percent of students got internships and took placements at TCS and other companies .

Nothing is perfect; everything has room for improvement, and so does our KIRORI MAL COLLEGE.

Placements: I don't know much about placement because I am in Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi, for UPSC preparation. But I have heard a lot about placements from my professors. They say almost 70 to 75% of interested students get placements from our college. The rest do not, due to their unwillingness to appear for placements or their focus on other priorities like UPSC, MBA, etc.

Overall experience was good, you can opt for it—full of experiences.

Placements: The placement cell at KMC is just okay. You can get placed, but the salary may not be enough to live comfortably in the city, plus the workload is quite high. If you want to stay on campus after college, then you can opt for it, but if you're planning to prepare for further studies, you might want to reconsider going for placements.

Dissatisfied by infrastructure but blessed by facilities in libraries, gyms, ground, and classes.

Placements: As it is a college of north campus, obviously various companies approach here much more than south campus. But in courses like Zoology and Botany, placement rates are very low, not only in Kirorimal but even in Hindu and Hansraj too. But you can go for research, and various companies related to research on organisms hire us on internships. Average placement package is approx. 6-7 lakh per annum.

Delhi University’s North campus’ dream college.

Placements: I am currently a first year’s student. I know that we have a placements cell in the college but for Science streams having PCB background, getting a placement right after bachelors is very tough. Also, the placement packages offered are very less being around 2-3 LPA which too are offered to one or two students from a batch of 65 students. The placements opportunities after a B.Sc. degree in our college are very less. Top role offered in our branch is that of a zoologist.

Absolutely good faculty, placements and well defined facilities.

Placements: Around 40% of students got placements in my course. The highest package was around 30 lakhs, the average was around 15-20 lakhs, and the lowest was 8-10 lakhs per year, and many famous companies came and hired students by their skills. And the top posts you got from my course are assistant and professor.
