Review of LBS College of Engineering.
Placements: There are 60 students in each class. I am having a fee of 35,000 rupees per year. Infosys, Cognizant, TCS, etc., are recruiting companies that come to college every year, mainly recruiting for engineering roles. The college is providing training sessions for the recruitment process.
Infrastructure: We have well-arranged and maintained infrastructure, including all kinds of labs with faculty members assigned to each infrastructure. We have a well-maintained and clean canteen with good and healthy food, and also good hostel facilities in our college, which students are well satisfied with.
Faculty: We have nice faculty members who provide all help in the syllabus and exams. It is a semester-wise examination, which is considered as annual exams. The syllabus is really good and makes students ready to do projects and get ready to join the industry for professions.
Other: We have 6 branches in the college (CSE, IT, EC, EEE, MECH, CIVIL).

College has good infrastructure and good placement for CS department.
Placements: About 40% of students are placed. Many students secured good internships. The average salary package offered is 10 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Cognizant, IBM, etc. Most of the placements are received by the CS department, followed by Mech, EC, and EEE, without backlogs are needed.
Infrastructure: Food in the canteen is good. Hostel food is also good, and they prepare meals according to the preferences of hostellers. College is very active in sports and has a history of champions and runners in many fields. Many students were selected for football, kho-kho, cricket, kabaddi, etc.
Faculty: Many teachers have achieved great accomplishments. The faculty is very good with excellent teaching. Labs are good, and authorities are present.
Other: Many events are conducted, creating a great vibe. Many programs are very good.

Review of LBS College of Engineering.
Placements: The LBS College of Engineering Kasaragod provides good placement offers for students; many past students have gotten placements in various companies. Companies like Cognizant, Tata and Keltron had visited our college for placement. Many of the students got placed.
Infrastructure: The classrooms don't have Wi-Fi facilities. The hostels don't have Wi-Fi facilities. The course fee for electronics and communication engineering is around 35,000 for a year. The classrooms and library are well maintained, and the library has enough books for students .
Faculty: The teachers are well educated to train students and are always helpful when students need any help. They are always ready to give answers to our doubts. The exams are a little tougher as it is all a new experience for us but as we start to understand, it will become easier.
Other: I think electronics and communication engineering will become more popular in the coming years, with a lot of scope in the technical industry .

Good faculty, placements, really good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: Approximately 85% of students were placed with top companies like Tata, Byju's, ICICI Bank, etc. The college was accredited, teachers provided placement-related instructions and training for interviews, and 50% of students got internships from the course. The minimum package is 50000. Most students get jobs at our college .
Infrastructure: Good facilities, quality food from canteen, and a secure hostel near the college. The college provides a big field for playing football, cricket, basketball, etc. The classrooms are full of technical stuff; we have a variety of collections of books in the library, students can easily take books for learning .
Faculty: High-educated, experienced teachers, a monthly exam, and 89% is the pass percentage. The college gives proper training for semester exams like series exams, and teachers are ready for doubt clearing and special classes. College makes the students industry-ready. Teachers help students clarify the doubts.
Other: The college conducts many events, classes, raises awareness, and creates a good campus environment.

Our college is NBA accredited with good faculty members .
Placements: My department is NBA accredited, and one of our seniors was placed in Polycab. This year so many students from Mechanical Engineering got campus placements, and the CS department has so many placements. So many companies, like Qburst, etc. , are coming here for placement.
Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is good, I am a day scholar so I don't know about hostel, but the fee for hostel is less. In our canteen, food is good but the quantity is less, and the rate is cheap. Our college has good facilities for Kho-Kho and kabbadi. Our department has our own newsletter .
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and friendly, but our academic period is shorter because it is given by our university and not the college, and semester exams are not very difficult because we get study leaves for them. Our college is in the 23rd or 24th rank of colleges under KTU for pass percentage .
Other: Fests and events are less here, but the arts fest was good; all of the students participated, which was encouraging.

Poor placements nowadays, mid standard faculty, good sports participation, and cultural programs.
Placements: Only 50% of students were placed in my course; the highest package was 10 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA; the average package is somewhat around 4 LPA. The top recruiting company almost every year is Cognizant, followed by IBM, Bosch, etc. Only 10–15% of students got internship opportunities in companies like Bajaj, Kirloskar, Cognizant, etc. Almost every placed student is recruited to IT fields and only minimal core jobs are given.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is pretty standard; all labs are available and working. The mechanical lab is really good and equipped with all the necessary machines. The class room has two ceiling fans, benches and desks, and a blackboard. The hostel for first-year students is outside the campus; it is a 15-minute walk under the scorching sun. Yes, it gets really sunny and humid here; sunscreen and an umbrella are vital. The food in the hostel is of high standards when compared to other government colleges. The college gives high importance to physical education and sports, often conducting various tournaments and camps. An annual sports day is also conducted every year.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are pretty qualified and with years of experience, the course curriculum, in my opinion, is outdated and lacking the skills to make a student industry-worthy. Semester exams are moderately difficult and only require minimal preparation to clear them. The pass percentage is almost 80%.
Other: I chose this course because I got allotted to it. I would've taken computer science if I had gotten it. I wish my course had more technical learning and coding, which is in huge demand these days. The college does conduct various cultural programs and tech fests, which is a huge stress relief for the students.
