An honest review about the Lords Institute of Engineering and Technology of Excellence.
Placements: There are total 228 students in our class. The highest package is 8 lacs per annum, the lowest package is 1,20,000 per annum, and the average package is also the same. Global Tech, Byju's, Zomato, Unacademy, Toppers, JP Morgan, etc. are the top recruiters. I don't think the internships are useful in our college; they're totally independent of the college and faculty. Nothing is offered in our college in the roles, of course.
Infrastructure: Nothing is good in our college. The Wi-Fi is to poor, and the labs are just for the name; no proper system is available for us. The library is for the name only; there is nothing for use in digital libraries also. The canteens are not good or healthy; no medical facilities are provided; sports and games are just for the name only, not for anything.
Faculty: The teachers are not helpful for us. In our college, 85% of teachers are not qualified; some have done just B.Com., and they are working in our college with no proper quality of knowledge they are giving us. Yes, the course is good in today's industry and helpful for the next 60 years; it is very useful for us. The semester exams are not in use for us; the passing percentage is by luck determined by their correction because the college is autonomous.
Other: I chose this course because I was so interested in artificial intelligence and machine learning and so excited to learn the subjects. My course was totally interesting, learning new things. Good college and good faculty can help me; it would be better and good for me. Nothing is their in-festival events; extracurricular activities are their in our college; all are just for name only.

It is the second NRI college.
Placements: About 30 to 40% of the students get placed. The highest salary package offered was 11 LPA. and the lowest was about 2 LPA which is very less compared to what the other colleges offer. Tata Consultancy and Byju's are the top companies visiting the campus and others are local companies. I prefer going international. There are only placements but not internship programs. The best role is in cyber security. It also focuses more on artificial intelligence so we get to enhance the technology and contribute more to the future.
Infrastructure: The college is small but fine. The campus is huge but with only 2 buildings. The Wi-Fi is poor, but labs and all are well-equipped. Classrooms are not air-conditioned and lack proper equipment. The library is good but is only filled with study materials. There is no hostel facility.
Faculty: There are some well-qualified and experienced lecturers but some lack communication skills due to language barriers. The course curriculum provides knowledge about our field but I hope we study more of the practical and less theory. Exams are manageable, and the pass percentage is about 80%.
Other: I chose this course because of its value. It is based on future technology. The best thing about it is that there is no limit to what we can achieve in this field. They should directly start on how to code rather than beating around the bush. There are no events or so yet, our college lacks in co-curricular activities.

Honest thoughts on private education.
Placements: Placements are quite good but not as high as you might expect. They focus mainly on main branches during placements, with allied branches being less preferred. Also, don't expect big companies since it's a tier-3 college; the placements are average.
Infrastructure: I'd say the infrastructure is okay. The entrance is average; if you don't believe it, you can check for yourself. The lab facilities are very poor, to be honest. Only a few classrooms on the lower floors are acceptable; the remaining classes are not that good, and as you go to the upper floors, the classrooms become very hot and hard to manage during the summer.
Faculty: The faculty in my branch is average. As I'm from an allied branch, the faculty is better in main branches like ECE and CSE. In my opinion, the faculty is quite good for main branches. However, my class faculty consists of recently graduated students who don't really have much subject knowledge.

Do not expect good placements from the college. The college provides a good infrastructure.
Placements: Our course is new, so only around 15-20% of the students got placed at our college. The highest salary package offered is 13 LPA by Jaro Education. The average salary package offered is 4 LPA. Byju's is the top recruiting company of our college. Placements in our college are average, and I do not have any idea about internships.
Infrastructure: The campus is not so huge. Our college provides a football field and basketball court. Labs are good. Wi-Fi facility is available, and it is of no use. Digital classrooms are only for first-year students, and they use projectors once a month. Entrepreneurship is more focused here. The library is good. There is an e-library for namesake, and no one has access to it. There is a canteen, but it only serves fast food and Biryani.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful, but they are not so qualified. They teach us on the campus, and they also guide us outside the campus. Our college is affiliated with Osmania University. The course curriculum is outdated, and some content is not relevant. It does not make students industry-ready, so most of the students do self-study.

Lors Hyderabad is a top minority autonomous college with excellent placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Good records from 2020 to 2023, with strong placement statistics. The college is ranked 17th in Telangana. The highest package is 8.4 LPA and the lowest is 5 LPA, with an 80% placement record for 2023-2024. The college is known for providing good admission opportunities, especially for minority students.
Infrastructure: Good and green area with a park and a huge playground. Additionally, it is near Hyderabad and Kali Mandir. I request all students to keep in mind that if you come from a less privileged background, make sure to work hard and perform well in at least 5 semesters.
Faculty: Good faculty and top university faculty. My suggestion is to consider admission here, especially for Muslim students; it's a better option. Many students from outside the city are coming here, and it is a good and autonomous college.
Other: Good and above average, not bad, and it’s good for beginners. It’s a good AIM course for beginners, and AI is an upcoming field in computer science. It is more valuable for those choosing the AIML branch. I request all students to make sure to utilize any available scholarships.
