B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering - Batch of 2027

A review on my college campus.
Placements: Till now there are not many placements but if we have correct skills in our core course, we will definitely be placed in a good company. The highest package is 1,600,000 and the average is 200,000. All are well-behaved in our batch and faculty is also good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi and the infrastructure are good and the overall campus is good enough to roam here and there. To eat, the cafeteria is also good and the facilities in the hostel are also good enough to survive. The main reason for choosing this college is for good studies.
Faculty: The faculty is well-trained and experienced and they give us good advice and suggestions. All the faculty are very friendly with us and there is no ragging happening at the college campus. All are well-behaved and educated and the campus is very greenish, covered with many plants and trees.
Other: My passing-out batch is so good, all are very interested in their future and all are so ambitious through their career and we have a lot of faculty who can back us.

Indus campus and ECE department overview.
Placements: Above 60% of the students will get jobs in campus drives. The top recruiters are TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Westlines, and many more. The highest package was 20 lacs as per records. The internship was not given from our college, and we have to improve our vocabulary and communication skills. Based on this, we have to search for outside internships, and we have to get certificates.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi in each department and block where students can afford it free to use only for PCs. The library is full of knowledge, and every student has the right to take books. The hostel facility is very good, and lunch and supper are very good. From my college, there was an ambulance for any emergency. Sports and games are conducted every 6 months where students can increase their physique.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified professors, and they have ultra-level knowledge, and their teaching was very good; even an educated person is able to understand. Yes, the students are fit to get jobs in the industry sector, and the course is curriculum-related. The semester exams are well; it depends on the student's ability to pass. Generally the pass percentage was 45%, as per my college.
Other: Basically, I'm interested in electronic gadgets. I believe electronics made our lives easier and more enjoyable. The best things are the campus atmosphere and the R&D department block of ECE, and the faculty are encouraging and supportive. I suggest the depth that the real-world applications are done practically with hands-on projects.

I am dissatisfied with the faculty. There are no extra curriculars like events, sports, etc.
Placements: This year, our college placements reached 80% in my course (CSE). The highest package was 12 lacs per annum, with an average package of 4 lacs per annum. Savantis Solutions India Ltd. is the top recruiter, with 115 recruitments this year. Tech Mahindra Company recruited 15 students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the labs is not up to par in our college. The computers in the labs are not recent versions. They are outdated. Some of the software that students need for practicing is not supported by the computers. The facilities in the hostel are good. The canteen has only limited varieties of food. We do not have any sports at our college. If we are interested in sports, we can play on the field after college hours.
Faculty: All faculty in our college are not experienced. Only some senior faculty members are experienced and give us good knowledge. But most of the faculty are not experienced. Some faculty teach us subjects that they themselves do not know. This is the main concern. Semester exams are good to test the knowledge of students. The passing percentage is 70%.

Absolutely satisfied with our college faculty and good placements .
Placements: In our college, the placements are very good, and the average placement is 4 LPA, and the highest package in our college is 20 LPA, and the top recruiting companies are Accenture, Amazon, Wipro, Sutherland, and Tech Mahindra. 50 percent of the students got internships from the CSE course.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good in our college, and labs are also very neat, and if any components are broken, immediately they will get a new one. The quality of facilities in our college hostel is very good, and food is also very good.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful and qualified and knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is also very good. If any student gets a doubt, they will clear the doubt immediately in the class, and the exams are also easy to pass in our college, and getting a 9 CGPA is also very easy.
Other: Basically, I have more interest in electronics and communication, so I have chosen this course, and events, fests, and campus crowds are also very good.

There are many autonomous colleges; choose another college.
Placements: There is a low percentage of students who get placed on campus. The highest package offered is only 3 lakhs for the latest passed-out students, though some startups offered a 6 lakh package. Companies like Wipro, Accenture, etc., recruit students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not too good. There is no free Wi-Fi for students, and the labs are maintained normally. The classrooms are okay, but the fans do not work properly. In the library, books are available sometimes and not at other times. There is no boys' hostel for this college; only a girls' hostel is available. The college canteen is not good at all, and there is no sports period in the schedule. Students can only play on the ground after 4 PM until 6 PM.
Faculty: In the first year of college life, the faculty will explain the topics very well, but from the second year, the teaching will decrease slowly. Some faculty are okay, but some don't know why they are coming to college. Regarding the difficulties of semester exams, the paper is not easy; the difficulty level is quite okay to pass. Students should score 21 out of 60 marks.
Other: CSE is one of the most important courses; this course offers different coding languages where students can gain knowledge. It also provides information on speaking skills, etc. There are some small events conducted once in a blue moon.

Not good, not bad either depends upon your choice and selection .
Placements: Only 2–3 percent of students got placed in placements in our class; the placement guidance is not thorough and effective; they mostly say something but do something. We don't get offered high-package jobs; most of them are start-up companies with low packages, and most of the jobs related to business development, even for IT students too.
Infrastructure: The campus infrastructure is good, and only girls hostels are available, so food wouldn't be that good. That goes for the canteen too; prices are high, but they don't taste good, are of poor quality and quantity, the Wi-Fi connection is a problem, and in labs, some computers don't even work properly.
Faculty: Some of the faculty are good; they are easygoing and support students in any difficulties without any problem. They mostly think about our well-being professionally or personally. Which is pretty good, and they also have subject knowledge in their respective subjects.
