    Review of Loyola College.
Placements: More than 80% of students get placed in various companies. The salary package offered is 2.5 to 7.2 LPA. Every student gets an internship in a company in their 5th semester. We get various jobs in various fields.
Infrastructure: Our college has highly-equipped classrooms with classic infrastructure. It has a large central library with every book. Loyola hostel is one of the best ones, in which students feel very safe and happy. The hostel organises various festivals and cultural events. Our college excels in sports and games.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, well-qualified, and highly knowledgeable. They are top-notch. The course curriculum makes students great in society. Exams are tough, but professors make students pass the exams. Around 40% is the pass percentage.
Other: I chose this course because it helps me achieve my goals in civil services. Our course should be made co-educational. A lot of cultural events are organised. The college strength is 5,000 students per shift. The whole college has Wi-Fi connections. The campus is surrounded by trees and plants. Scholarships are provided for economically weaker students.

I am dissatisfied with the college but it will set up your life.
Placements: Approximately 74% of students were given campus placements in the year 2021, with salary packages starting from 6 LPA to 20 LPA. During the second year to the third year, mandatory certified internships for all students will be provided.
Infrastructure: The course department facilities are very state-of-art with good Wi-Fi bandwidth and a common room is also available for students. The hostel is very poor. So do not opt for the hostel as there are no facilities at all.
Faculty: The teachers in our college are very knowledgeable but sometimes students from other states experience a language barrier. The course curriculum is up to mark and more importantly, it is up-to-date. In an academic year, there are two internal exams followed by the semester exam. This back-to-back exam structure keeps the students on their toes. Exams are slightly difficult but the passing percentage is only 40%.
Other: Various guest seminars are conducted by esteemed lecturers and also various cultural fests improve the extra-curriculum abilities of students in our college.

If you're planning to pursue any degree ( B.A. B.Sc. or Commerce ) Loyola is the best place.
Placements: To be honest we had a lot of companies for our placements. A lot of MNC's (100+) were offered to the students for their placements. It's upon the students to choose the companies on their choices. But it is necessary you need be without any arrears or if you have arrears you will have to clear them before your completion of college.
Infrastructure: One of best colleges around India on all the terms. Speaking about the infrastructure it's surely the best. Loyola does not provide A/C classrooms to all the classes but the classrooms are constructed in a manner to allow the flow of air. The other infrastructure facilities are also really excellent.
Faculty: You could always expect the best faculty members in Loyola College. The faculty members are student friendly and are helpful by all means. The curriculum in my stream covered almost history beginning from ancient India to the current stature. The world history was also covered largely. Loyola also provides coaching for all competitive exams.
Other: The college holds one of the best culturals around India. You could find a huge support for the Ovations ( Loyola College Fest ).

All about Loyola. Its whereabouts, features, elections, etc.
Placements: Good companies are visiting for the recruitment in the college. As it is a commerce college, most of the students study for a degree only. Hence, no good companies are visiting our campus for the placements. I have interacted with many of my senior students, few of the senior friends are working in their family companies.
Infrastructure: The campus is almost at the centre of Chennai. A big and clean campus. There is a parking available for two-wheelers, but not for four-wheelers, and that will be an issue. The food available in the canteen is not good. If you are a hostel student, it'll be a tough time. They don’t serve the food to you inside the hostel. Hence you’ll have to eat outside every day. They provide accommodation only. The hostel rooms are average. Great college, great people, and chilled life.
Faculty: Excellent faculty and they are very helpful. Since it is a commerce college, you don’t learn. They let you lose. They don’t even punish when you bunk the classes. But when you show interest, they introduce immense techniques and help you in achieving the great heights. They take you to industrial visits. Meanwhile, you can visit many good places like Meenakshi Amman temple etc. Indeed, I would call it as an academic adventure.
Other: The elections conducted in the college are very interesting, and the shows/camps organised are amazing. You’ll have a good time. The three years you spend in the college are going to be awesome.
