Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate. Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply. Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced. I suggest you not to join here and join in other institutions.

Placements: Placements are very poor at our college. During placements drives, only some companies visited and hired some students. Even those companies are tied-up with our college for money. Our college management didn't focus on the future of the students and always focus on collecting money.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is average, but the food served is very poor and not suitable to eat. There will be insects in rice and curries. Hostel rooms are messy and unclean when I joined. Our management doesn't do the cleaning.

Faculty: Some faculty members here are student-friendly, but some are not good. Most of them don't prepare the subjects and just attend the class and read books. They are not educated and not professionals. So, students from this college can't become good engineers.

Other: I chose this course because I want to be a mechanical graduate. But I feel regret to choose this college.
