Review of Maharishi Arvind Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jaipur.

Placements: Almost 10-20% of students got placed in this course. Our college provided few placement opportunities. The average salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Solar Power, TCS, etc. Internships were not offered at this college.

College is pretty cool if you don't want attendance issue.

Placements: No company is called for placement. Even not a single company is called in college for the placement. You have to take care of your own of your placement. The teachers might suggest you to attend off campus drive of the company. The placement cell is so bad.

I was dissatisfied because of the worst faculty, labs, and no placements.

Placements: This college was worse than other colleges in Jaipur. There were no placement opportunities for any stream. This college had been shut down for the past 2 years. There were only two batches left. The maximum salary package offered was 4 LPA to 5 LPA. You might get an internship with your own efforts.

I am dissatisfied because of the placements and faculty.

Placements: Placements in our college are average. There are no placements in our college for our batch. No companies are visiting here for recruitment. None of the roles is offered here, and there is nothing like salary packages offered. Only 10% of the students in our batch got internships in the small IT companies.

Good for the students who wanna learn something with freedom but can improve.

Placements: No body is placed as of now. Two students have got internship from a small company. Rest all have taken training. The highest salary offered was 35000 per month but it was non engineering job by a firm in Bangalore. Top role offered in my course is of data scientist, software engineer. Earlier few students got placed in cognizant and got an average package of around 3 to 4 Lacs per annum. Around 10% or less students get placed every year. The craze if engineering is now getting diminished. But t...

Below the average college.

Placements: Very less amount of students got placed in this college. No special placement for the respective course is offered by the college. Since most of the companies are BPO and kpo so salary ranges from 3.6 Lacs to 4 Lacs per annum. Around 20% of students got internship.

An average college to study with.

Placements: The percentage of placements were nearly about 30% to 40%. The salary ranged from Rs.800000 per annum to Rs.360000 per annum. The college lacks to invite core branches companies but manages to get placements in IT field. Students have to manage their own Internship in this college.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty and placements.

Placements: In Maharishi Arvind College, the placements were not up to the mark during my tenure. I remember, only 3 companies visited the campus to offer placements to the mechanical students. But, those companies didn't select any student. Overall, the condition of the placements was very bad.

It is an average college for engineering.

Placements: Our college has not provided any placement opportunities for the students from the mechanical department of our batch and our senior batch. Only two or three students out of 120 students in my batch were placed in 2014. The salary packages offered were only Rs. 12,000 to 14,000 per month. Some sales jobs were offered to the candidates. No stipend was given to the students during internships. There is a placement cell in the college, but the placement opportunities are very less.

Not satisfied with the college, but choosing this college was my decision.

Placements: There are no placements provided by our college. Though many companies visited at that time, students couldn't get a job. I completed my M.Tech, and now I'm in the teaching field which is a good option. Our college needs to improve the placement cell and services for upcoming B.Tech students.

Bit of details about MAIET COLLEGE, JAIPUR.

Placements: Actually there are no proper details about the placement of our batch, because when I took admission in that college civil branch has completed its 1st year in my college. So as far as I know, there have been 2-3 placements (maybe) happened. Or maybe there was no placement.

An average college to pursue higher education with.

Placements: Not upto the mark. College fails to provide inhouse placement campus drive. Though it manages to provide entry in off campus drives. Mostly the jobs provided by the college are usually in BPO's, KPO's and marketing sector jobs. The college lacks in providing core jobs.

If you can do your best, nobody going to stop you from getting success.

Placements: The placement in this college is not good, but the environment to study is good. You cannot get a job upon in the college status, and you have to earn it with your skills, and knowledge. The senior batches got placed in the private sector companies, and in our batches, 25% of the students got placed in companies like Maruti Suzuki, Tata, etc., and also in Mahindra too.

Review of MAIET. Dissatisfied because of the placement cell.

Placements: The placement cell in the college is not at all good. Only 2-3 companies of telecommunication visit the college every year. So, the college placement cell and faculty have to work hard to provide placements to the students.

The placements and the faculty of the college are not good.

Placements: There are few companies which come to the college for the recruitment. Otherwise, the college always tells to go for the pool campusing in other colleges. The companies for CS and other branches come often, but for the mechanical, they only bring us 3,4 companies.

Not good but can be better in future.

Placements: The placement opportunities offered are limited. Not all the companies visit here that shown in the prospectus of the college at the time of admission. I have not heard any great package got by any student of my college from the time of my admission. But I am sure that my college will cope up with the time in the placement field.

Partially satisfied because of the faculty.

Placements: There is no option of placements. The placements are depended upon the students. If the student's communication skill/ knowledge/grades are good, then he /she can get placements, so it depends on students. There is only one option for getting placed that is off-campus. If you do hard work, then you have a chance to get placements.

Campus in main city, good hostel and mess services, placements are average, less crowd.

Placements: The placement percentage in this college is 10% (my senior batch) i.e. 1 student is selected in every 10 students. If I talk about companies, they are generally local companies. The highest package offered is 5-6 lakh per annum and the average package is about 3-3.5 lakh per annum. And for internship, you have to do that from outside i.e. the college doesn't provide any internship, you have to do by yourself.

The highest package is 7 lacs. The lowest package is 2.3 lacs. The average package is 3.1 lacs. Roles were offered for system solution and software development. No one got an internship.
