Faculty friendliness superb, Student-friendly college, Poor inflow of patients.

Placements: This is a professional course wherein students after completion of graduation opt for post-graduation mostly. A few students opt for a drop year wherein they prepare for the master's degree entrance exam or they opt for going abroad for higher education. Quite a few students opt for abroad education from this institution because with the quality of teaching you receive you can easily clear off the theory papers. Most students who appear for the master's degree entrance exam qualify for it and a ...

A great institute to begin your journey in dentistry.

Placements: Since it is a dental college, placements are not conducted on the campus. However, the rate of acceptance in MS programs is quite high. Employment opportunities are provided in dental colleges, hospitals and private setups. Campus placements don't exist in dental colleges.

Second best dental college in India 2017.

Placements: Almost half of our seniors cracked the exams to study post graduation abroad in the states and in UK. As this is the medical field, placement and companies are irrelevant. A lot of our seniors also joined AIIMS as junior residents. Some also worked as tutors in government colleges. The average salary of a dental surgeon is 25000, the highest reaching upto 60000.

One of the best dental colleges of our country that's define it all.

Placements: According to the senior batches the placements are great. Nearly 70-75 percentage of students were placed (not so sure). No idea about the salary but they get a good sum of money. They have foreign collaborations with many companies. MS, professor etc. Various roles are offered.

Completely satisfied and worthy college.

Placements: Our college has a paid internship with average stipend of Rs. 20,000. After graduating from this college, the chances of studying abroad is very good as people recognise and indeed, it is one of the best dental college in India with an amazing staff.

Fees for MDS course is vary high. This college has got very good infrastructure and faculty, so it is worth paying higher fees. Crowd and campus life is also very good. If you are interested in research or studying abroad countries, then this is the best institute.

Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Bangalore—a place that I now call my second home.

Placements: Since this is a medical field, the college doesn't offer any placement by itself. But recently, a lot of private dental clinics have been collaborating with the college and placing pass-out students there. Although the education that is provided is top-notch, anyone and everyone will get placed once they pass out of Manipal. Moreover, after 4 years of course completion, there is a compulsory internship for a year where the students are provided with a stipend of INR 20,000.

In my view, this college is very good.

Placements: Many students try to get admission in this college. 56% of students work in our college only, and 26% of students got internships in our course. Many students got jobs in companies. I can't tell the names of companies, but they are famous companies.

Absolutely the best dental college but the Manipal campus is better.

Placements: All the students from our college are offered one year of compulsory internship with stipends. The internship helps students to gain a lot of experience and learn a lot about how we are going to actually work in the future. Overall care is taken to expose us to all possible cases.
