Extremely satisfied because of faculty, good placement and research work, really good infrastructure

Placements: Since M.Tech is a research-oriented degree so we don't bother about placement, if you really want jobs, then the companies like Crompton Greaves will be here to recruit you. Most of the time people option M.Tech for their preparation of various competitive exams, in that case also I would suggest you to join this college as you will get enough time for self-study as compared to other NITs. You will also get 12,400 as the stipend per month but only for GATE-qualified students.

Infrastructure: My college is having a very good infrastructure. Our labs are well-equipped with various kits and software. Frankly speaking, the Electrical Drives of MANIT are having best facilities than any other branch or department to carry out research work. The library of MANIT is vast and you will get almost every book that you need. In case you are a sports lover, MANIT is also having a sports complex where you can play badminton, chess, carrom, football, kabaddi, etc.

Faculty: The course structure is very good. Although we have more subjects than any other NIT, the syllabus is mot hectic and the important thing is that you will be able to learn a lot. Our course structure is more inclined towards machines than power electronics but most of the subjects are in the continuation of an undergraduate course. We have very good and qualified faculty members who are very good and helpful in guiding your research or career.

Other: The college is having a good and very friendly environment, most of the student take admission in M.Tech just to get a stipend and wanted to study for GATE, IES or other competitive exams, if you want to do the same, then you will get enough time for self-study. If you want to make your career in research then also college have enough resources so that you can carry out your research work.
