A few more updates are given below:
- The CSAB Special Counselling 2025 Round 3 has concluded with the announcement of the seat allotment results for admission to BE/BTech courses.
- The GATE 2026 registrations are now over for admission to ME/Mtech course. The GATE 2026 exam will be conducted on Feb 7, Feb 8, Feb 14, and Feb 15, 2026.
- The JEE Main 2026 registration process for admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlan courses is expected to start from Oct 2025 onwards. For session 1, the JEE Main 2026 exam will tentatively be conducted between Jan 21 and Jan 30, 2026.

The recent cutoff has not been released yet. However, NIT Delhi JEE Mains results have been released. Additionally, NIT Delhi JEE Advanced 2025 result is also released. The JEE Mains 2025 Result Session 1 is out for the institute. Candidates can check their results on the official website.
NIT Delhi 2024 cutoffs have been published for admission to BTech, Integrated BTech, and BArch programs. In Round 4, JoSAA cutoffs for 2024 varied between the 7256 and 26208 values. Notably, the BTech in CSE is highly competitive among General category students under the AI Quota.

BTech Eligibility Criteria. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programme at NIT are required to pass their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as mandatory subjects. Candidates are required to secure at least 75% and a decent JEE Main score ie. 95+ percentile for general or OBC students.
For NIT Delhi M.Tech admissions, GATE scores are a must. For candidates who wish to apply for the course through the centralised d CCMT (Centralized Counseling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan.) process., NIT Delhi follows the rules and regulations of the CCMT admission process that requires a valid score in the GATE entrance examination for admission in regular M.Tech PG programme.
However, in some instances, NIT Delhi does accept candidates without a valid score in the GATE examination.
