National Institute of Technology Delhi (popularly known as NIT Delhi) is one of the thirty-one NIT Colleges in India that was established in 2010 by an act of parliament. It is also an Institute of National importance. Spread across 51 acres of land, the Institute is located in Narela, Delhi. NIT Delhi functions under the aegis of the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
