Good placements, average infrastructure, and average college life.

Placements: Good placement cell is there. Proper training was provided for placement activities but not the training cell of the college. Placement drives (mock) are good. Mostly IT-based companies come for placement. The top recruiting company of my course is GE Healthcare. Internships are available at hospitals and biomedical companies like Cyrix and Adnox.

Absolutely a good college for campus selection.

Placements: About 70 percent of people are placed every year. The highest package last year was 56 lpa, having about an average of 33 lpa. Above 50 percent of people are getting internships. I am an EEE student, and you all know that EEE is quite difficult to study.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of infrastructure, really good placements, and faculty.

Placements: The main highlight of the college is its impressive placement record, which shows excellent student quality in both technical and personality aspects. Some of the top recruiters include Amazon, Microsoft, Yahoo, LinkedIn, Nvidia, Cypress Semiconductor, Open-Silicon, GE, Philips Healthcare, FactSet, D. E. Shaw & Co. and Nutanix. The students do summer internships at prestigious organizations such as Oracle, Siemens, Ansys, S&P Capital IQ and Deloitte to get exposure to the corporate world that aw...

Great placement opportunities. Relationship between seniors and juniors is positive and supportive.

Placements: Our batch has been offered an internship from Oracle worth 50,000 per month. Being in the third year, no students have been placed yet, as full-time recruitment typically happens in the final year. However, several students have completed internships in various companies.

Infrastructure is not good but placement is good.

Placements: Almost all the students got placement in IT fields. Most of the recruitment is from Infosys and IBM. MEC provides opportunities for internships other than from college. Not all students get an internship offer, but some do. Most of them are placed as software engineers.

Good facilities and placement opportunities.

Placements: The highest internship offer was from Oracle, with a stipend offered of 50,000 rupees. The top role was to be a project intern. About 10% of the students have already received internships at various places, ranging from startups to good multinational companies.

We have lots of tech fests, but a small infrastructure. The placement is top notch.

Placements: In Mechanical engineering, almost 50% of students got placed in various core companies. The highest package being 12 LPA and the lowest being 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies for this branch is Sobha constructions, Air India, L&T, TCS, etc. Most of the students got internships, that is almost 90% of the students; almost 50% of them did their internship from ISRO, and others from Cochin Shipyard, HMT, etc.

Really good for placements but could be a lot better in terms of infrastructure.

Placements: The highest package was 52 LPA CTC, and the average package was about 7 LPA CTC. Some of the top recruiters were Ericsson, Nvidia, Yahoo, Amazon, Harman, etc. Almost 80% of the students are placed and the others usually go abroad for further studies. The placement cell works really hard to ensure that placements are good every year.

Placements: In biomedical, our college provides average placements. About 50% of students got placements in their 3rd and 4th years. Many top companies are visiting our college. The main objective of the placement process is to identify the talented individuals.

Go to MEC for placements and disciplined study.

Placements: In my course, the percentage of students placed was a bit low compared to CS and EC because software companies are coming. EEE and EBE students usually flock into IT companies. Few PPL who have real interest in studies go for higher study. But when it comes to core placement it mainly depends upon our skills and luck.

Placements: Placements are pretty good, Almost all big mnc's come to our college for placements. Mainly the placements are in software field and couple in electrical and electronics core fields aswell, placements for mechanical branch is pretty dull so don't take mechanical here expecting good placements.

The faculty and placements set the value of the college while infrastructure needs to be improved.

Placements: More than 50 per cent of students are placed yearly in the Electronics and Biomedical Engineering department. Placements come from predominantly software and biomedical companies. These include Cognizant to Capgemini. The electronics and biomedical engineering students can sit for both software and electronic placement drives according to their skill sets.

Placements: Many big companies offer high salaried placements. About 80% students get placed every year. The highest number of placements are offered in CSE branch. Other branches get good jobs through campus placements.

Overall, the college is not much good .

Placements: Placement is very good here. That is the only thing good in our college. The placement cell is handled by students and they bring companies here. Last year we got above 90 percent placements. Companies coming to the college are not too good, but we have a high placement percentage.

Placements: I joined model Engineering college because of its placement. Each stream is having excellent placements, especially the computer science stream. Computer Science stream is having full placements in the last few years. I wholeheartedly suggest you this college if you are looking for a college with excellent placements.
