Placements: We have very good placements opportunities provided in the college, and it's not just for some specific fields but for every student who wants to apply. Even the internships are offered. The selection percentage is 80-90. Many good and well-known companies visit the campus.
Placements: The placements of the college for B.Com students are good. This college provides the best placements compared to the other colleges in Mumbai. Mithibai is a brand by itself and provides a good education. The placement cell of the college provides regular internships and job opportunities for the students. The college provides internships for the students of every course like B.Com, BMS, BAF etc.
Placements: What sets the Mithibai college apart from all the other graduate colleges in India is its distinctive pedagogy and its unique blend of theoretical knowledge which helps to get best placements. The faculty of the college is the best in their fields. Mithibai is famous for its campus drives.
Placements: The placement scheme in Mithibai is not up to the mark for the B.Com course especially. You don't get the best of companies unless you are in some of the top companies and a B.Com doesn't get that much pay as well. For the placements, I wouldn't curse the college, but the value of the course is such. Around Rs. 20,000 per month is the average pay you expect.
Placements: The placements are good as seen at the graduate level. The number of companies visiting and the brand value of the companies is unmatched. Along with the placement, in-house grooming of the students is also done, like developing the soft skills and corporate etiquette.
Placements: After B.Sc, all the students preferred higher studies and hence there was no placement as such. However, those who are willing to work were helped and also for our further education complete support and help was given. We were suggested at the time of entrance exams for our further stuies.
Placements: The college accounts for good placements for recent graduates. There are quite a lot of companies that participate in the placement process. The pay package ranging from 3L-7L. The companies offer various jobs in different departments such as HR, sales, finance, etc.
Placements: The placements are genuinely better compared to other colleges. For example, we had companies like JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Capita, Angel Broking, etc. visiting the college for placements. The placement process and guidelines were shared well in advance by the college management. The average salary was Rs. 25000 per month. I would say around 70% students opted for placements. The roles offered were of an executive, analyst, trainee, etc. in the field of operations. ...
Placements: As per my knowledge, Mithibai has got really amazing placements. Companies such as Morgan Stanley, Goldmann Sachs, Tommy Hilfiger, Deloitte, Kotak Securities, E&Y, etc. Job profiles are mainly analyst position in the finance field and about the marketing field, they offer sales or marketing-related jobs. The average salary runs around 3.5-4 lacs per annum. There is a company providing 12 lacs per annum too.
Placements: In our college, 35 to 40 companies come every year and select the students. Last year, 60% of our seniors got placed in big companies. Companies like Tata, JP Morgan, Deloitte, Axis and many more come for recruitment. 3 rounds are conducted for the interview process.
Placements: Placement for my batch was pretty good and decent. Companies like Citi, Barclays, Morgan Stanley, Zomato, Axis Risk Consultancy, etc. came for placements. The highest salary offered was around 4LPA and the average salary was approximately 2.5 LPA. Around 50% students opted for placements and majority got placed. Most of the roles were marketing and business development for marketing students while for finance, it was still business developments or financial products. Few companies also offered t...
Placements: Many companies came for placements of bachelor students. The salary offered is in the range of 3 lakhs to 5 lakhs. One can expect good and reputed companies to come for placements. The roles that were offered were in the field of operations, finance, and accounts.
Placements: Regarding the placement, there are committees of students formed and such committees use to update regularly and train the students who are interested in placement and give them interview tips. They also give a brief information about the companies who are going to come for the campus placement. Companies like JP Morgan, PWC, etc. visited the campus. The kind of roles offered to the students depends on the interview and the interest of the student. The stipend/salary offered ranges from Rs. 1500...
Placements: The college has a very good reputation in Mumbai and as a result, there are a number of companies which come every year for hiring interns. During my tenure at the college, some of the big CA firms (including Big 4's) were hiring for articles. The average stipend paid by such firms ranged from Rs. 8,000 to 12,000 p.m.
Placements: Placements were good. For the BMS batch, a decent amount of students was placed. The average salary was 3 lakhs. Many companies like Delloite, Morgan Stanley, Kotak, ICICI, etc visited the campus along with quite a few start-ups as well. Roles offered were ranging from analyst, sales, HR, management trainee, etc. Many students also got good internships in their second and third year. The stipend varied with the internships offered.
Placements: There's usually no assurance of placements provided by undergrad colleges. But my college had a placement committee headed by a placement coordinator who tried to get as many people placed as possible. I got into Morgan Stanley after my graduation via college placements itself.
Placements: The placements are good. The response from the students is lower as most of B.Com students are pursuing some professional course along with the studies. But still, the companies visiting for placement are very big notches. The exposure, post graduation, is comparatively better that most of the other colleges. The brand name built in these years helps much.
Placements: The placements from our college are very good. We have the Big 4 coming up for articleship interviews. Also, companies like Morgan Stanley come for freshers. They also provide huge stipends and salaries for the freshers. The students clearing IPCC get a good number of options for the placement.
Placements: Our college has its own placement committee which comprises of faculties, trainers, student coordinators. This committee has been formed in order to make the students capable to crack the interview, this committee teaches students a subject called soft skills, in which faculty teaches them how to answer a question, how to speak, what to speak and all. And only the students who have the attendance of 75% are only eligible to attend that class. In 2015-16 65 eligible students are placed and 5 stud...
Placements: The current batch placements were great. Almost 50 %of the students were placed by different IT companies the companies offered a package on an average of about 2 lacs per annum. The designation was not declared but only an offer letter was confirmed that the students are selected.
