The college has good placements and facilities.

Faculty: The teachers are really helpful in my course. The teaching quality is brilliant. Semester exams are difficult. The college conducts visits to cement factories and railway producing companies. 50% is the pass percentage.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the management.

Faculty: I know only about the faculty in my department. They all are well-versed. Our HOD sir is the most experienced person. The teachers are very helpful to the students. They are qualified and very knowledgeable. They are very friendly with the students. Their teaching quality is very good. Our department has a very less number of students, so they teach us like a tuition centre. We can easily understand their lectures. We got a lot of industry exposure. Our HOD sir allowed us to go to all the indust...

It is an average college, and don't expect much.

Faculty: The faculty members are good, and they are helpful for us. They maintain a friendly relationship with the students. There are nothing special or different teaching methods. Normal school life teachings are followed. There is no industry exposure. The student to faculty ratio is average.

Worthless and Fit for nothing.

Faculty: Only a few are eligible for teaching from all the faculty members. Rest of the staffs are for namesake. The students are struggling in their lessons because of these staff members. Moreover, the passed out students will join as a staff in our college without any experience. They are very useless.

The worst ever engineering college in Tamil Nadu. Please don't prefer this college.

Faculty: At the earlier day of my course, there are many senior staff members in my college. Later they all went to another college due to management issues. During my course period, my department HOD has resigned the job. Then a worthless new HOD is appointed still she is continuing. My concern is on the worst course curriculum college in Trichy.

It is the best college in our city, established 25 years ago.

Faculty: The faculty has average knowledge in the subject but are friendly in nature. They teach best of their knowledge. They put maximum efforts into teaching the students, and they are well experienced. Teaching staff are well qualified and help students to learn. It is the second best college in our city. We didn’t go for any industrial visits during our studies.

Choose if you have no other choice.

Faculty: The faculty members are a mixture of extremely learned and experienced ones and those who just completed the same course that we study here. There are some staff members (countable) who are very helpful, but almost all of the rest are least concerned about how we study and what marks we get. Starting from the 1st semester, I have not completed a single semester where all the 5 units were taught by the faculty. In all the semesters, the last 2 units were completely our responsibility to cover, ...

Success is always given by Mookambigai.

Faculty: It has good faculty members for lectures. They are very helpful to the students and are well qualified with a good knowledge of the technology and trending. They also give us a good industry exposure. Our course curriculum was useful, and a faculty training program was given every month here. The examinations are kept to upgrade the faculty skills.

The college has a well-equipped library, labs, and transport facility. Equal weight age is given to sports and extra weight to the sport and extracurricular activities apart from academics. The college also provides a separate hostel for boys and girls. This year around 350 students was placed in different companies.

It's good for those who have an idea of doing mechanical engineering but there is no campus interview. There we only have all practical equipment regarding mechanical. Faculty is experienced and highly knowledgeable about their streams. The management was less strict. The only demerit was it didn't have an impressive infrastructure.

The Head of the Departments of each department are highly qualified and motivating professors. The lab facilities for the mechanical are incredible and for the other departments it is good. I couldn't find an option to rate this below. The training and placement cell is working really hard to place the students in good companies but again it's all in students' hands to make use of the opportunities. Over all Mookambigai college of engineering is a good college for the average/ above average rank...

Its a good college, but the infrastructure is worst. The teaching staff and coaching is good here. Still want to improve a lot in other activities like sports etc. But this college is not worth for management seats. Only two or three companies visit the campus for recruitment every year.
