I am dissatisfied as there are no core placement and internship opportunities for life science.
Placements: Placements in our college are nil. Not even a single company related to biotechnology or life science visited our campus for placements. Even if they visit, they are not related to our field. Before admission, they assure 100% placements, but it's not even 10% of what they promised. Undoubtedly, the education provided is good.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is good. Labs and classrooms are okay. The library is very good, but the availability of books for the majority of students is poor. Sports facilities are good. Quality of food is manageable. In labs, all the equipment is not available. In fact, we struggled to find a matchbox.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very good. They are very knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. The student to faculty ratio is fine. Industrial visits are not conducted, and so no industry exposure is provided. The course curriculum is very useful but only from the theoretical point of view, and not from the application point of view. Some of the teachers play politics, which affects the students.

Review of Mount Carmel College.
Placements: My stream was M.Sc. biotechnology which didn't have any decent placements. The commerce stream is given more importance. Placements are not given much importance to in our stream. It needs to be taken more seriously. It has been the same for previous batches.
Infrastructure: The college is pretty decent. However, labs need more maintenance. There are no dedicated classrooms. We need to hop around from one building to another, and it is really difficult. The lab assistant knows nothing about the whereabouts of things in the lab. It is not a good thing.
Faculty: Faculty members here are good. My stream had a few great teachers. However, some were really bad. I wish the course curriculum was more of a higher standard because we all felt that we had a better curriculum in B.Sc. Though teachers are qualified, some of them lack teaching skills.

Very good teaching skills. Very nice food and accommodation.
Placements: Very nice school. Around 70% of students are placed in my course M.Sc. Food Science and Nutrition. The average package is 12 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Big Basket, Flipkart, and others such as Google, etc. Fifty percent of students get internship offers from various companies, including Google, Flipkart, and Amazon.
Infrastructure: Boys don't have hostel facility, and the hostel is very luxurious and expensive as well. But the facilities in the hostel are very good and nice too. The infrastructure is so nice and good. Also, if we talk about the mess and canteen, both are very nice and clean. We will get good food with quality assurance.
Faculty: Teachers are very friendly and helpful. They support us very much in our studies also. The teaching quality offered by them is so good and nice. They teach everything we need for the examinations. Their supportive mentality is also very nice. Thank you.
Other: The atmosphere was very nice and relevant to study.
