* Competition: The availability of fewer core companies led to intense competition among students vying for limited positions.

* No internships: Unfortunately, the college does not provide internship opportunities, leaving students to find their own arrangements.

* Placement cell performance varies across branches: While some departments had better placement records, others struggled to secure jobs.

In conclusion, while the placement cell at Nalanda Institute of Technology shows promise, its effectiveness appears to be hampered by limited campus recruitment, lower salary packages, and competition among students. Our college provides very good infrastructure and a well-maintained environment.
Placements: Every year, around 40% of students get placed in our course in our college. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, AgroSoft, Quote, etc. Around 60% of students got internships from our course in very good companies.
Infrastructure: There are very good infrastructure and facilities like air-conditioned classrooms, labs, unlimited Wi-Fi, a central library, etc. The hostel is very good. It has well-maintained rooms with separate bathrooms, study tables, and chairs. Every room has only three students with separate beds.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful. Their method is not very good because it is not a very practical method. The teaching effort is very good. The quality is decent. Students are ready to face placements. Semester exams are very good and easy. It is not a big deal.
Other: I think it is based on our technology, so I chose this course. The best part about this course is that it always knows about new things. I think facilities should be improved. There are various kinds of events, fests, the campus crowd, extra-curricular activities, etc.

My college review after joining this college helps others who are planning to join.
Placements: 50% of students were placed in our course. The highest package is 8 LPA and the lowest package is 2.8 LPA, with an average package of 4 LPA in our course. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Deloitte, etc. 20% of students got internships from our course in TCS. The top role is software development in our course.
Infrastructure: The facilities are quite good for the course, and there are separate buildings for each branch. There is a well-equipped library available in our college, with Wi-Fi facilities. There are three-tiered classroom facilities. Separate hostels are available for students of different academic years, and the food quality is also good, with clean rooms.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, and all faculty members have Ph.D. level qualifications. Their teaching experience is quite good, with great skills. Yes, definitely, the course curriculum is relevant; it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are less difficult in this college, and the passing percentage of this college is 80%.
Other: I chose this because I had a dream to be placed in the software field, so I joined this course. Improving the infrastructure was necessary. There is an annual function called "Exotica" celebrated every year in January. Scholarships are also provided according to the caste.

Infrastructure is very good, and faculty team is excellent. It is also good college for placements.
Placements: About 55%-60% of students are placed in our college for this course. The highest salary package offered was 7.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. Around 70% of students got internships for this course. Top roles include HR manager, among others.
Infrastructure: Very good facilities and infrastructure are available for our department, such as Wi-Fi, air-conditioners, labs, classrooms, and a central library. Our hostel quality was very good, with every three students having a room with separate beds, study tables, chairs, and a separate bathroom for each room. Food quality was adjustable. Medical facilities were available, and different types of sports equipment were also provided.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable, but I think the teaching quality should be upgraded. Students are ready to face placements. However, it depends on the student, as semester exams are very important, and full hard work is done by the students.
Other: I chose this course because it is in high demand and interesting. Best thing about this course is that it always involves learning about latest developments. I think the faculty team should be upgraded. Events, campus crowd, campus surroundings, scholarships, and various extracurricular activities are very good.

Quite an average college in entirety.
Placements: In the previous batch, mainly about 5 seniors got placed so the placement percentage is quite low. Regarding the packages offered during placement range up to 12 Lacs and some of the recruiting companies are Wipro, Karkhana, JSW, Syska, Tata and many more.
Infrastructure: In our institute, there are 2 main buildings for teaching purposes, 3 boys hostels, and 1 girls hostel for B.Tech students, & 1 main building, 1 boys hostel, and 1 girls hostel for other streams of students. There are various lab rooms according to the course, one library for easy access to study materials, and each classroom has a capacity of about 70 to 85. Regarding the food available in the canteen, it is poor; the maintenance in the hostel is delayed or poorly maintained.
Faculty: The teaching quality of the faculty members is quite good. This is because the faculty members give their very best in order to make the students understand what is taught to them and make them understand the concept easily and efficiently. The faculty members also create a friendly relationship with the students so that the students with doubts can ask the concerned teacher to solve their doubts. Yes, the course curriculum is related to making the students industry-ready. The semester exams in our institute is above average and I think the pass percentage is likely to be about 70 to 80 percent.

My college, as I feel, shared on Shiksha.
Placements: In our course, approximately 50% of students are placed through college placement. Top recruiting companies of our course are AEC PVT LIMITED, JSW, SUROJ BUILDCON, etc. The top role offered in our course is Jr. Engineer. The highest package is 4 LPA, the lowest package is 2 LPA, and the average package is 2.5 LPA. There is no internship provided by our course in this college. I don’t have much more information about that because I am in the 2nd year.
Infrastructure: There are average facilities available in our department. For example, there is no AC in classrooms and labs. A very limited number of equipment is available in our department, which is not enough to learn all the things. There is one library also available in our college, but only limited books are available. Hostel food was average, meaning it’s acceptable, and hostel rooms are small, but they are comfortable for 3 members in one room. Some sports facilities are available in the hostel, like cricket, volleyball, and an open gym.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful in solving doubts, and all have at least a Master's qualification. Their knowledge is also good, and the teaching quality is good. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant to being industry-ready, but it depends upon the student and how they will learn. The semester exam is a little bit difficult, but if you practice all the previous year's questions and answers, you will definitely get better results. The passing percentage is 95%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the civil engineering field. The best thing in our course was that what you learn in the course, you can apply in your real life. I wish to improve the classroom, hostel room, and lab facilities. There are annual functions and annual sports every year in February. Scholarships are also available according to your caste and family income. There are no extracurricular activities celebrated in this college.
