Placements: At the NIFT Chennai, around 40–45% of the students get placements in our course. In our course, the average package offered was between 3 and 7 LPA. I had learned a lot of things during the internship programme where I had applied theory skills in a practical way. The highest package which is offered in my batch is 12.2 Lacs. Even I also got teh placement of 5.2 Lacs in Bangalore.

Placements: Everywhere in the country or abroad, it is one of the top designing colleges in India and holds 4th position in India, best for leather design and all programs. Many placement companies like Calonge, Hidesign, La Milano, and many more, just go for it if want a career in the design sector.

Placements: Placements are low for our batch compared to the previous year. The average salary offered is Rs. 15,000 per month, which is less as per the fee we pay. Recruiting companies of our college change accordingly on a yearly basis. I am not aware of the salary packages offered as none of the students in our college feels to share that vital information. Internships depend on students. Few students get them through college, while few get through their own sources.
