NIFT Delhi Highlights 2025
National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi (commonly known as NIFT Delhi) was established in 1986. It is a public institute located in Hauz Khas, Delhi. Initially, the institute offered only one Fashion Design course from a temporary, two-room set-up. In 1994, NIFT Delhi shifted to its permanent campus, which was designed by Dr BV Doshi. NIFT was set up under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, and is a Statutory Institute Governed by the NIFT Act 2006. Currently, it has 18 campuses spread across the country, namely NIFT Chennai, NIFT Bengaluru, NIFT Patna, NIFT Gandhinagar, NIFT Hyderabad and NIFT Kolkata, among others.
The institute offers UG, PG, and Diploma programmes in the stream of Fashion Design. NIFT Delhi courses include BDes, BFTech (Bachelor of Fashion Technology), MDes, and MFM (Master of Fashion Management), among others. National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi course admissions are based on the entrance exam scores. The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) Delhi's total tuition fee for the BDes course is INR 12.3 lakh. Apart from the total tuition fee, a one-time payment of INR 17,900 (refundable) will be also charged at the time of admission. The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) conducted the NIFT 2024 exam in two phases. The 1st phase included the written exams GAT and CAT.
The written exams was held on February 5, 2024. The scores of the written exam was used to shortlist c candidates for the 2nd phase, which will include a Situation Test (B. Des programme) or Personal Interview (PG courses).
The Situation Test was held on April 13, 2024, while the Personal Interview was conducted from April 1-6, 2024.

As per the NIFT admission calander the continuing education admission forms will be available from mid of August to mid September of every year. So wait for year 2025.
