Overall you get to explore the outer world.
Placements: NIT Calicut's architecture department has an average salary of 3-5 lakhs per year. Out of 60 students, 5-6 get placed. Each student must complete an internship, usually in the fourth year. One company that offers jobs is LNT.
Infrastructure: NIT Calicut provides Wi-Fi throughout campus and in the hostels. Labs and computer labs are accessible to students. Food is provided by a mess, and students from other regions may need time to adjust to the food. There are different messes that offer different types of food, so students can choose the mess they like. The college has sports teams, and competitions are held within the college and among NITs. A health clinic is available 24/7 for students.
Faculty: The faculty here are very well experienced and are always available to help students on campus. The course curriculum is updated for each batch to ensure that students have the best opportunities. The semester exams are a bit difficult, but that is to be expected from a university that is ranked #3 in architecture by NIRF.
Other: I really enjoyed my time at NITC. The campus is beautiful, and there are lots of opportunities to explore and make new connections.

College has good placements and also good campus environment.
Placements: The highest average package offered is 20 to 25 Lacs per annum, and the lowest average package is around 15 Lacs per annum. The percentage of students placed in our course is around 80%. The top recruiting companies are the food industries and TATA, Mahindra, etc. And top roles are given.
Infrastructure: The college has the best facilities for students, like good classrooms, and separate workshops for different courses, and the library is useful to students. The labs have modern technology, and multiple sports grounds are available. The hostels are awesome, and the infrastructure is good with proper buildings, washrooms, parking areas, etc.
Faculty: The college has the best staff, and the teachers are highly qualified and have great knowledge of their subjects. The teaching quality is good, with concept-based and practical knowledge. The course curriculum is relevant. The difficulty of the semester exams is tough, and the pass percentage is above 80%.

The campus is dull when there is no fest. Everything is in the hands of faculty on campus.
Placements: Around 97% of students who applied for placements got it. Students need to keep their GPA above 7. Learning coding will be helpful. Students speaking skills matter a lot. The average salary package is decent, not like 1 crore per annum or 2 crore per annum. Doing an internship doesn't matter much during placements.
Infrastructure: Food and hostel are good, but the buildings are old as it is an old establishment in our college. Campus is good, but I find it outdated. Facilities seem very old compared to the fancy private institutions.
Faculty: We just go for attendance. Teachers tend to teach, but we don't understand anything. Some professors are really great. Assignments are very important and they affect your marks. Constant learning is required. Midsem exams are tough.

Glimpse of NITC and Opportunities.
Placements: In Electronics and Communication Engineering, about 88 percent of students were placed in my course. The highest package is 34 Lacs, the lowest package is 6 Lacs, and the average package is about 13 Lacs rupees. Oracle, Air India, and TCS are one of the top recruiters in my course. Internship opportunities are very huge, with companies like Texas Instruments, and Oracle providing high-stipend internships.
Infrastructure: The Electronics department has 2 blocks which contain many labs. The classrooms are occupied with Wi-Fi, projectors, and good benches. The central library is one of the main attractions, having Wi-Fi, and a digital library with AC. Study places with and without AC facilities are available. The food quality is highly good. There is a 24/7 medical ambulance and health center for NITC students only.
Faculty: In each semester, a subject is given 100 marks, divided between mid-sem, end-sem, and internal marks. Teachers are highly qualified, holding degrees, Masters, and Doctorates, and are experienced. Teaching quality is bad. The course curriculum is up-to-date and industry-relevant. The exams are difficult, and the pass rate is about 89 percent.
Other: The fests include Tathva, and Ragam, which are the best in South India. The sports facilities are very good, such as football courts, badminton, cricket ground, and so on.

If you get a chance to study at NITC, go for it.
Placements: Placement percentage is about 84%. As civil engineering students, we have many options. We can try for core jobs and IT jobs. We can even apply for government jobs. But if you want to get a job in the core, you need to maintain a CGPA of 9. The average package is around 8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. The campus buildings and hostels are well maintained. If there is any problem, it will be solved within days after giving a complaint. We have different messes, and each mess has its own menu. We can eat in whichever mess we want.
Faculty: The curriculum is well updated. The faculty is good. But we have exams every week for 1 to 2 subjects, and the syllabus is from that week. Every exam and every mark you write counts for the CGPA. Initially, we learned the basics. As time passes, more and more core subjects are included in the curriculum.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty and good infrastructure.
Placements: Many people got placements and to get placement you need at least a 7 CGPA. Everywhere it's the same thing and it's pretty hard for an average student to get placements usually in higher packages but can try hard and get it.
Infrastructure: Everything is good. Sports and medical facilities are good. Mess and canteens are not so good but we can manage and coming to mess food, the taste is not constant some days it good and rest its uneatable but it's fine because we have so many messes and canteens.
Faculty: Semester exams are so hard. So we prepare deeply to score good or average marks and that's pretty hard to score in semester exams. Also, the internals are pretty hard and moderate sometimes but we need to cope with the syllabus which they have been teaching.
Other: Fests like Ragam N Tathva are good and we too have clubs. They gonna keep many Fests in college so that we can have fun and enjoy ourselves.
