Not good placements and internship opportunities; the worst college faculty.

Placements: Placements are not so good. Average CSE packages are INR 12 LPA, I guess. Good companies are not visiting currently. Placements are improving day by day. And internships are also so bad. College directors are not using their efforts to get jobs. One of the major issues we face is the lack of visits from top-tier companies. The absence of prestigious firms can be detrimental not only to students but also to the college's reputation. These companies often offer lucrative opportunities and serve as...

Poor staff, and no placement are there.

Placements: Only around 60% of students were placed with an average package of INR 6.5 lacs. It is very difficult to cope with faculty not being trained enough, every teacher leaves after 7-8 months, there is a toxic environment among CSE, and it is not easy to sit and study in the library.

Enter at your onw risk in textile branch .

Placements: Very less opportunities are given for textile branch. Often we have to face discrimination during placements with other branches. Only one to two it companies allow us even having adequate it skills. No support from teachers for our branch. Students are placed at 2lpa mostly in on campus. The highest package is 21 LPA by one student. Placement is above 50% and below 65%. Most of the students were not allowed to sit for placements in our branch. Very less support from alumni as well as staffs for...

Reality of BIOTECHNOLOGY in NIT Jalandhar.

Placements: Please don't take here admission in biotechnology branch. The placement biotechnology is worse than state engineering college. Many students left the institute in second year from biotechnology course. In 2023 the placement was just 33% which means 7 students out of 47 students were placed in bio technology. Coming here in biotechnology is just waste of time and money. I will suggest you not to come here in biotechnology insist you can join computer Science and engineering in other private or go...

Textile technology - Should one take or not?

Placements: Placement of textile technology is the worst among all the branches. Don't take admission in this college for textile branch, you will be trapped by professors of NIT Jalandhar of textile branch. Take here admission only in computer Science and engineering, electronics and communication and electrical engineering only.

It is a good college for placements, but not for college culture.

Placements: Our college provides good placements. The salary package offered is 14 LPA. The institute has a good record of placing its students in top companies in many sectors, like information technology, edutech, and petrochemicals.

I am dissatisfied. We have seen more cultural events and enjoyment rather than tech fests.

Placements: The average number of jobs are offered in the manufacturing sector, while a few jobs are offered in Trident and Reliance. The placement rate is always 90%. The average salary package offered will be 4 LPA. Internships and placements are provided in Vardhaman mainly.

Review of NIT Jalandhar - Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology.

Placements: Less than 17% of the students from our course got placed. All students did not get placed in core companies. Some students got placed in IT and software field. The highest salary package offered is 6.5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Honda and Samsung visited our college this year for placements. About 30-50% of the students from our course got an internship. There is no such major role offered in our course.

Bad faculty, bad college life, bad authorities, but the placements are okay.

Placements: The placements for ECE core is a bit difficult, though you will get the good package if you go for coding. Coders here are placed in good packages ranging somewhere between Rs. 4 lacs per annum as the minimum to around 35-40 lacs per annum as maximum, and an average package is around 6-7 lacs per annum. You will find the company list on the website, out of which, most of the companies still visit the college. Overall, if you're from the coding field, be sure, you will get placed, but for others,...

It’s the biggest fraud college and the worst course in engineering at the cost of education. In spite of all that it has a beautiful campus and some good person and good faculties are trying to recreate and reembrace the education system. A lot of politics goes on within the administrative and management system. Especially the management system has completely collapsed.

Never join this Institute.

Placements: There are no placements in college. The placements scenario is zero for IPE or manufacturing technology. The worst-case any student can opt a college for M.Tech. It is better to go with new NIT at least there you will feel the sense to improve among the staff. In this college, most teachers are seldom helpful, especially for M.Tech.
