There are only good faculty and library and nothing present in our college.

Placements: There is no scope of placement present in the college surrounding. If you see the college website, there were many advertisements of the companies present on it, but the truth is only TCS come to place them. Other companies come and go, but it haven't taken any single student from our college. If you choose core branch in our college, then you forget about the placement because not a single company come to place any student from core branch. I am from the civil department, and no civil core comp...

Average placement with poor infrastructure. Average faculty.

Placements: The placements are good for our batch as well as for the senior batch. About 70% of the students got placed. The highest package was about 8 LPA and the lowest was 2.48 LPA. Lots of company visited our college like TCS, Amazon, IBM, CGI, CTS, Hind Rectifier, Johnson Controls, Robert Bosch etc. All the designations are for associate system engineer except for Amazon. Amazon offers seller support. Less than 10% of the students got an internship from our college. The highest stipend is 20k and the ...

Good, supportive college but not in case of placement.

Placements: Placement is nil for the core department. But yes, the placement is quite good for the computer and IT department. As this college is under Techno group, they only called TCS which is a mass recruiter for non-core department. In simple words, for my department that is civil, forget about placements.

Only placements and faculty members are satisfactory.

Placements: Placements have been rather good for our senior batches as well as our batch so far. Most of the students from CSE, ECE and IT get placed at companies like TCS, Cognizant, Infosys, Microsoft, Bosch and IBM. Average package offered was around 3.5 LPA.

One of the reliable college of West Bengal and Techno Group.

Placements: Here, the placements are quite good. Last year, almost 72% of the students were placed. TCS is the mass recruiter and it recruited almost 364 students out of 420 eligible candidates last year. This year (2016), TCS recruited 284 students till now. TCS offered an average package of 3.30 LPA. In 2014, a senior got offered 6.42 LPA. Except TCS, many others companies like Zebronics, IBM, I GET, Johnson Controls, etc. comes here for recruitment.

My college was one of the finest colleges in Kolkata. There the teacher was very cooperative. They gave us full support in our education. The students of this college are also very good in sports. The college has their own cricket and football team who participates various college tournaments. At last the most important thing is the placement. Last year the placement of my college was really very bad, hardly 42% of the total students got placed in the campus interview, which was really very bad....

College campus is very good but is in the remote location. Some of the faculty members are qualified and well-behaved but some are good for nothing. The administrative staff is very rude, uncivilized and uneducated. Overall, it’s above average standard.

A good College. My college provide good placement than the other colleges. The Faculty Members are also good enough and helpful. Coming to my college campus, it is also very beautifully decorated with gardens. Now about the college fest, it was just full of fun and technical fest is also very interactive where the students from other colleges also participate in it. But one thing college provides good campus placements to the eligible candidates.

The only thing good about this college is, there are hardly any classes and plenty of opportunities to bunk classes. The college provides no placements, false promises about jobs, no equipment’s in the labs, uncooperative staff who are too lazy to work. Everything about this college is too lazy and too corrupt. The place where the college is located is hell and the roads has never improved in the 4 years I have studied here. There are no ground to play in, no sports teams. It's as bad as it can ...

I am pursuing my B.Tech in CSE from NSEC. I personally feel that except faculty, college campus, infrastructure, placement is very poor. And also, the management is also poor. In this year, Overall placement is less than 40%. So in my point of view, don’t take admission to this college if you have good rank in WBJEE or AIEEE.

You will have fun in this college. Do not expect too much, yet don't underestimate the potential of this college. Some teachers are above average but most of them are average only. Campus life is okay. Placements do happen but sometimes students need to struggle to get a good job. Anyway you can think about this college.

Nice college, have extraordinary infrastructure. College admission isn't as competitive as you might think. Fewer than 100 colleges in the U.S. are highly selective, which means they accept less than 25 percent of applicants. Close to 500 four-year colleges accept more than 75 percent of applicants. And open-admission colleges accept all or most high school graduates.

Being from Techno India group, NSEC enjoys good placement facilities. IT companies visit the campus and hire in large numbers. But the companies are limited to the IT sector only. There aren't much other opportunities available. If one is interested in CS/IT, then it is the place to study as compared to other colleges in West Bengal. Go for CS/IT specializations. There is no use studying any other streams as after 4 years of engineering, you are most probably going to land up with an IT job.

Netaji Subhash Engineering College is one the most renowned colleges of Kolkata affiliated to WBUT. For me it was Value for money. It is a Small college when compared to other private colleges in other states but when you compare its fees and Placement. It is quite worth. You will not have a very dynamic campus life. I was happy to study here and I got a job so it was a nice experience. Beware of some partiality which is common in every regional colleges not a big deal.

It’s a good college where you are safe from student politics and unions. Very less ragging is done here. Small campus with nice comfortable classes. Few teachers are quite good. S tudying here is not at all a problem. You can reach her by metro route. Area is a bit village type but no such problems occur. If you stay cool no one will bother you.

This college is very average.

Placements: They always tell us that there is high placement in our college and almost everyone can get a job on campus, but in reality, it's totally a lie. Only a few people get jobs on campus, and the maximum number of students get jobs off-campus. The highest package was 5 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA.

I am really dissatisfied with this college

Placements: This year no one was placed 2 students got internship in TCS with a stipend of only 6000 too bad for a college but this is true in our college b tech students gets the higher position... Our class has just 17 students and the new students are less than that number it not worth doing a BBA in this college
