NIT kurukshetra- A place for Great Learning.

Placements: Talking about placement, the CS and IT department place was 80% above with the highest package of 21 LPA. Most of the dream company visited like Amazon, Flipkart, Future First, Direct, Tata Motors, Honda, hero, Ford, and many more. ECE placement was not so good in the year 2017, it was the decades-low only 58 placed out of 140. Mechanical and Production got placements above expected. For the placement point of view, NIT Kurukshetra holds a good record. Placement is Good there with a minimum of 3...

NIT Kurukshetra - A promising institution.

Placements: The placement scenario here is awesome, especially for the Computer Science Department. The Department had an average salary of 10 LPA last year with 95% of the batch being placed. Major recruiters included Microsoft, Adobe, Direct, Goldman Sachs and many more. Also about 40% of the students are selected for internships on these companies in the 6th semester itself. Some of these internships are converted to Full time offers ie. PPO's.

Good placements in 2018, good infrastructure and environment, and supportive professors.

Placements: Well, the placements of civil engineering students are good. It has an average package of 6.5 LPA with the highest package of about 18 LPA. A lot of PSUs like Ircon, NTPC, IOCL, etc., will hire the students here and other companies like L&T also come here. About 75% of the placement takes place on the campus. The lowest package offered is 4 LPA. It's better to learn some software like AutoCAD, Stadpro and you can do internship from the college.

Absolutely happy because of its location and good placement in 2016.

Placements: In case of placements, the institute is not much worse. The average package of electrical students is about 6 LPA and the highest this year is 18 LPA. To be loyal, if you studied good and with honest efforts, you could easily fetch a good package because this institute is an attraction for core companies.

I am very pleased with the placements and the campus life, though infrastructure can be improved.

Placements: The placements are very important for any college, and NIT Kurukshetra has done excellence when it comes to placements. The computer science, information technology and electronics had the highest number of placements. Some students can even get 3-4 jobs at the end of their final year. The highest packages of CS and IT was 30-40 LPA (lacs per annum) whereas of ECE was 18-24 LPA. NIT Kurukshetra is a good college and gives the students a better life by campus placement.

Placements: There is a decent placement in this college, and this time IOCL, PSU also recruited 4 students with a package of 17 LPA. There is an average package of 6 LPA, and many companies come for the campus recruitment, like L&T, Capgemini and many other consultancy companies, and approximately 60% of the eligible students are placed at the campus, and many students prepare for GATE exam for higher studies and research purpose.

Overall, the college provides ample of opportunities to those who want to learn.

Placements: Placements scenario here is very good as may big companies visit here like Microsoft, Adobe, Larsen and Turbo, IOCL, NTPC etc. They recruit the students. This year, IOCL gave 16.5 LPA package to 4 students. Last year, Adobe gave 48 LPA package to one student, so the scene of placement for computer science and information technology is very good, but for core branches, it lacks.

Placements: Placements in IT and CSE are excellent. There are only a few companies (less than 5) that don't allow the IT students, to sit for placements. Also, approximately 100 companies make their visit for IT branch placements. The average package offered here in IT is about 8 LPA, and a lot of students get placed in dream companies offering a package of 12 LPA or above. Placements: The placements of non-core branches are good, i.e., computers and IT with an average package of 10 LPA. The average package for the core branches varies from 4 to 5 lacs per annum. Most of the core branches take the consulting jobs and the teaching jobs. So, try to take the computers.
