NIT Raipur Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Around 70% to 80% of students are placed this year in electrical engineering. The highest salary package is 31 LPA and the lowest salary package is 6 LPA and the average salary package is 9.8 LPA. The internships percentage is low but 40% to 50% get internships. Many of the students are getting jobs in IT companies. PCU and core companies also come to the college but the percentage is low.

Placements: In our course, almost 90 %of students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA in our course. Deloitte, o9 solutions, TCS, and Hero are the recruiters of our college. Almost 30% of students got internships from our course. Management trainee, software developer, analyst, and consultant are the roles offered.

Placements: Placements for the 2022 batch have been good with an overall average package of 10.2 LPA. The minimum salary package offered is 9.72 LPA. The average salary pacakge offered is 6 LPA in the electrical engineering branch. Even the average package of biotechnology has been above 8 LPA, although their placements percentage is not good.

Placements: Talking about IT, placements are very good. More than 95% got placed. One major thing is that the average placement for IT is 17.18 lac while that of CSE is around 15 lacs. The highest package for IT is 57.5 lacs from Atlassian and minimum offered is around 6.5 lacs. The top companies visited here are ADOBE, AMAZON, DELOITTE and Service-based companies. The top roles offered were for SDE. Off-campus placement is very much higher because of the very good coding culture.

Placements: Our batch is in 2nd year so personally I don't know about placement, what I have Heard from people is placement here is good. Around 100 companies visited last year and offer avg package of 9.7 LPA. It is increasing by last year and expected to be more in further years .
