Good exposure and good platform for technocrats.

Placements: Our senior batch placement was good and that was up to 90%. This year, the placements started in the month of March and till now 40% placements have been completed. The highest salary offered is 13.40 LPA, lowest is 3 LPA and the average is 4.40 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, Tech Mahindra, TCS and Axis bank have visited the campus. Roles offered was of business analyst profile. Only 20% students got internships from our college. The highest stipend offered was rupees 10,000 and the lowest was ru...

Satisfied and had a fruitful 2 years of life here.

Placements: The placements were pretty good. The average package offered was 4 LPA and the maximum package was 8 LPA. The students were recruited as lecturers and associate professors in coaching institutions and colleges. Some students were also recruited as Analysts for MNCs as well. Fifty percent of the batch was placed, and the placements for other streams were excellent.

Satisfied because of excellent placement and good course structure

Placements: The placement of NIT-Warangal is better than some of the other IITs when we talk about the computer science branch. All big IT companies visit the campus every year. Microsoft, Amazon, Direct, and DE Shaw are the main companies which visit our college. Around 50-60 software companies come to the campus for placement, as total strength of NIT-W's CSE department is 138. It is rare that even a single student remains for campus placement at the end of the year. ...

NIT Warangal- whether to join it or not.

Placements: The placements were quite good and most of the students got placed with CSE and ECE branches getting the highest package. Big companies like Microsoft, Samsung, Qualcomm and Larsen and Toubro visited the campus for placement as well as internship here.

Infrastructure: Separate hostel and mess for boys and girls. Library, auditorium, stadium and computer labs are well developed. Other facilities such as bank, ATM, hospital, post office etc. are available on the campus. Faculty members are highly qualified with Ph.D. from IITs and foreign universities. Research culture is prevalent in the college. Placements are good. Some of the companies which come to the campus are De Shaw, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, TATA Motors, L & T, Infosys etc.

The college is amazing. The placement is very good but the professors are average. The laboratories are not as per the college standard. The branches like CSE, ECE, EEE, Chemical, and Mechanical have placements above 90% while the other branches also have above 60%placement. The environment is good for both the girls and the boys.

The infrastructure available in the college is simply outstanding. The hostel facilities are the best you'll find anywhere in India. Mess facilities are above average (depends on your cuisine as well). The crowd & competition is just awesome and therefore, so is the placement status. Faculty is good & experienced as well. However, the teaching & grading methodology isn’t that great, perhaps they've not been updated with time. Medium of instruction is English which is again very useful. And if y...

The syllabus has been designed in a way that you learn most the things before your placements. Also since there is a shortage of course companies the curriculum involves most of the computer science subjects and hence placements are easy to get in software companies. There is a mix of both good and not so good professors. But the missing thing is innovation and research throughout. All you have to do is mug up and clear the examinations and teachers are very strict about the attendance and grade...

The college infrastructure is awesome. Owing to the amount of money that I pay for the hostel and other services I'm getting my money's worth. The teaching faculty is not at all good and I guess this probably is the scene of another Nit’s. Instead of spending enormous amounts on building infrastructure, the quality of education can be improved.

I chose this college because of its ROI. The fees are about 2 lakhs for the 2 years and the average salary is about 4.5 lakhs, also the NIT brand has great value. 80% of the faculty are mostly dedicated towards work, and coming to the specializations, marketing, and human resources faculty have great standards of teaching. Whether the placements are done or not, the students of NIT are hot commodities in the job world.

Awesome campus with the best hostels across all NITs. Excellent placements for all branches except Biotech. You can expect very high salaries from CSE and ECE. Faculty members are decent, and much focus is there on academics. Fests are just awesome: Techno Zion and spring spree. Overall, an awesome roller coaster four-year journey.

The college which I studied is NIT Warangal. It is the second best college in all NITs all over India. I'm proud to study in this college. We have a good faculty with an awesome teaching facility. The college atmosphere and infrastructure are very good. Even though our college is old and is running from several years together but facilities, faculty, and building structure are very good and the maintenance is also good, but has to improve a lot.

Nit Warangal’s name speaks for itself. College hosts three fests and there’s a choice of clubs & activities for all round development. The attendance policy is strict. Academically, if you manage your time well, you can do well. The teachers are good but not great. The students are extremely friendly. There are many places to relax. Films are screened occasionally in the auditorium. Being a centrally funded institute, college fees is lower than all comparable institutes. Almost all big compa...

The college is located at a good location, near to the highway and has a lovely campus. It provides good placements and an experienced faculty. It is a national institute and comes under the top 10 engineering colleges in India. The students come from all over India and some other countries also. The environment is really good in sports and the college runs several activity clubs like dance, music, science etc.

NIT Warangal is one of India's premier engineering colleges, which also happens to be the oldest among all the NITs. Placement wise, it is quite good, up to the expectations of many, I would say. Computer science department shows the best campus recruitment among all the 8 branches which are offered here. Apart from that, the campus life is not so amazing. NITW have a very good infrastructure though our institute is the first NIT in the country (established in 1959). The department buildings, administrative building as well as other buildings are well-maintained. The major hostels (Ultra Mega and Mega) are the best hostels constructed in any institute. Moreover, we have high internet speeds and Wi-Fi connection throughout the campus. I am a student of MME out here at NITW. I can proudly say that MME at NITW is the one of best in the whole country...
