A really good faculty and library

Placements: More than 80 percent of people were placed in different companies like Microsoft, Google, SBI, Telangana Tourism, Coca-Cola, TCS, HCL, Wipro and many more. The average package would be around 5-7 lakhs per annum. The placements are held in the third year itself. It creates confidence in the students. Preparation is done with the help of the placements cell.

Good infrastructure and facilities as per its brand name I.e. NIT Warangal

Placements: Placements are good and are somewhat comparable to top IITs. Many renowned companies visit the campus for recruitment in 2016 which includes Google, Microsoft, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Gammon India, L&T and many more.Talking specifically about M.Tech, placements in the year 2016 were nearly 65% and for B.Tech, it was almost 90%. For B.Tech, highest salary offered was 40 LPA and lowest were 4 LPA approximately. For M.Tech, the highest salary offered was 16 LPA and lowest was 4 LPA. For B.Tech compu...

The college, where you see the two sides of a coin.

Placements: The placements are good, but when comparing to other branches, one may not get the comparable packages. But you will be satisfied with the job. There is a chance in the salary increment with your experience. The students have to maintain a good CGPA for getting core jobs. Usually, greater than 7 or 7.5, about 75-85% of the students are placed past year, according to my knowledge. The highest package offered was 11 LPA, and the lowest was 4 LPA has been given.

In this land, many dreams come true.

Placements: In terms of placements, software companies take majority of the students into their organisations. Especially for civil engineering, many companies like L&T, Shapoorji, and many other construction companies are visiting. Most of them offer an attractive package of 5-6 LPA.

An excellent college with good placements.

Placements: The placement cell was excellent, and one of the best in the country. It has all the facilities and an excellent track record and connections with many companies. A major problem with the placement department is that they are more inclined towards providing jobs for computer science students.

Companies like Amazon, Visa, Intel, Microsoft, etc. visited our college. Job profiles are application developer, software developer, analyst, statistics, etc. Around 50% of the students got internships. The highest stipend is offered by ITC- 1 lakh and the lowest was by L&T at 10,000.

NITW is the dream institute for any student, if he or she chooses to excel in every field.

Placements: NITW is known for its placements and interns. If anyone has the branch like CSE or ECE and if the candidate has enough knowledge about their branch than his intern and placement is pretty much confirmed. The companies like Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Visa, Ford, ITC, Reliance Industries, etc. Also, the candidate may get PPO, if they perform well in their intern period. Salary varies from 5 lakhs to 70 lakhs per annum.

Good placements but not very good faculty.

Placements: The placements are decent and very good for software. Core in mechanical or chemical is around 60%. For CSE and ECE excellent chances are there in placements. Mechanical core has certain companies, but we have to be up to the mark. CGPA matters in placement and internships. Training and placement cell is active and run by students.

This is a challenging platform for self-learning, and the infrastructure and placements are good.

Placements: 94% of the super seniors have got placed. Among our seniors, around ten people got placed out of 35, till now that is until the second week of November two people have placed. We have more 2-3 companies coming over. In our college, B.Tech students have good opportunities for the placements compared to our course, and the package is low compared to them.

A review on MBA, NIT Warangal.

Placements: The placements are okay. The average salary was 6 lakhs per annum. The students are dependent more on off-campus selection or pre-placement offers (during the internship) for higher packages or better job roles. Alumni bases for the department is good, so they also offer help to the student in getting placed.

A college review from MBA course perspective.

Placements: The placements depend upon individual capability. A lot of companies visit for on-campus recruitment with a various package. There is less opportunity for MBA student as compared to B.tech student because this is a technical institute and engineering student gets the priority.

Review of NIT Warangal School of Management

Placements: With a minimum salary of 3.5 LPA to a maximum of 10 LPA offered, it is good and almost all get placed. But till now, the placements are not as great as that of B.Tech students here. But as the reputation of the college is good, students get good offers off-campus placements as well.

Good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: The placements for our batch (2016-18) started recently. So far, two companies have visited the campus, and 2 members got placed. Our seniors (of the batch, 2015-17) got placed in TCS, Tech Mahindra, Axis Bank, Muthoot Finance with a good count. Roles like management trainee, analyst, were offered to them. The highest package for our seniors was 6.8 LPA. There are fewer chances of any companies coming to our college to offer internships. It depends on the placement coordinator.
