* Good infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, library, and lab facilities
* Strong emphasis on extracurricular activities and sports
* Opportunities for students to participate in festivals and events

Review of Nizam College.
Placements: Around 70% of students got placed in my course. The highest package offered is 70,000, and the lowest package is 28,000. Tata, TCS, and Mahindra companies recruit students from my course. Tech Mahindra, TCS and many other companies come for my course. Software roles are offered.
Infrastructure: The labs and classrooms are very good. Wi-Fi connection is available in the college and hostel. My department is science, and this is the best course. The hostel food is very good. Washrooms are better. Everyone likes all the facilities.
Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful to us in preparing for exams. They are very highly qualified and knowledgeable about their subjects. The course curriculum is good. Semester exams are not difficult. The average pass percentage is 70%.
Other: I like software, so I wanted to take this course. This course also offers jobs with high packages.

It is a historical college with advanced courses.
Placements: The college does not conduct any placements at that time. I completed my graduation, but with this graduation certificate, you will get placements on any platform easily. In previous years, placements were offered with the average salary package offered of 5 LPA and more.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. They are very friendly with students. They give good career guidance advice to all. They are well-qualified and experienced from very famous colleges. They are all are PhD holders in their relevant subjects. They are very interested in providing advice. The course curriculum is relevant to many public and private sector jobs. Semester exams are not that difficult. They conduct seminars on scientific research and current political issues. They make us industry-ready.
Other: I completed my graduation in 2019. It also conducts many extracurricular activities. It is a sports-friendly college.

A very nice college where everyone has the hope to pass easily.
Placements: The college does not provide job opportunities compared to other top undergraduate colleges. Infosys is the top recruiting company for our course. Around 20% of students got internships in our course. The top role offered in our course is HR.
Infrastructure: Facilities in our college are not as much as to the imagination. In the hostel, students behave like they are in a government college. The ragging is done more in the hostel premises due to that reason many students are staying in nearby private hostels.
Faculty: The faculty is very nice in the college. They teach students in a very easy and understanding way. They are ready to explain to students doubts every time. Exams are held strictly because it is an autonomous college, so the squad visits suddenly.
Other: The crowd is heavy because there are many groups. The campus is very neat.

{Source: B.Sc. students & alumni}

Placement Cell Effectiveness

Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here are some key findings:

* Companies visiting campus: Companies like Wipro, Tech Mahindra, and others visit the campus for placements every year.
* Salary packages: While the highest salary package offered is 2 LPA, the average package ranges from 2.5 LPA to 7 LPA.
* Number of students placed: Around 10-15% of students get jobs, and a significant number of Computer Science students secure placements.
* Internship opportunities: Although there aren't dedicated internship programs for B.Sc. students, some students do get selected for internships.
* Faculty support: The faculty provides training sessions to prepare students for interviews and company-specific tests.
* Placement process: Students need to register with the placement cell to access job opportunities.

Overall, while the placement cell seems to make efforts to engage with recruiters and facilitate placements, the effectiveness appears limited compared to other departments like BBA and Chemistry. However, the placement cell does provide some benefits, such as training sessions and exposure to potential employers.
