NMIMS Hyderabad Admission to the MBA programme is done on the basis of performance of the canididate in NMAT entrance exam, Academic performance, work experience (preferred), and Psychometric test or Written Analytic test along with personal Interview. 

The admission process is purely merit-based and the decision regarding cut off of the merit list will only be taken by NMIMS. Candidates who clear the cutoff will be allotted seats on the basis of the merit secured, their preferences of campus and availability of seats.

If a student chooses to withdraw from BCom at NMIMS Hyderabad after the fee payment, the institution refunds the fee based on the following criteria:

1. 100% of the fee amount will be refunded if the candidate withdraws 15 days or more before the formally-notified last date of admission, after a 5% deduction towards the processing fee
2. 90% of the fee will be refunded if the candidate withdraws less than 15 days before the formally-notified last date of admission
3. 15 days or less after the formally-notified last date of admission. 
4. 50% fee will be refunded in the candidate withdraws 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally-notified last of admission
5. No refund in case of withdrawal after more than 30 days from formally-notified last date of admission

NMIMS BCom admission is subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria specifed by the institute. To be eligible to pursue BCom/BCom (Hons) at the institite, candidates must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board, with Mathematics/Statistics as a compulsory subject. They must have scored an aggregate of at least 50% in Class 12. They must also have the documents to prove their eligibility at the time of admission.
