Our college is worth the money paid.
Placements: Almost all students got placed in our college. Almost 75% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges between 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Neutanix, etc. Almost 50% of students got internships in companies like Persistent, Celbal, Wipro, etc. The top role offered is a software developer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. The CS lab is recently upgraded with the latest hardware and software. You can work on i7 processing power computers. They are good. The college library has an extensive collection of books and a huge space for studying for hours. The college organises regular workshops and seminars by industry experts to help students know the trending tech in the industry. Classrooms are good.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful and cooperative. Some teachers are very friendly. You can interact with them in a friendly manner. They have good knowledge of the subject. The course curriculum is recently upgraded for CSE. Apart from core CS subjects, some new technologies are added like machine learning, image processing, and pattern recognition. Semester exams are easy if you study the basics. You can gain good marks in the subject.
Other: The best thing about this course is that it will provide the best placement opportunities in the upcoming year. It will boom again due to the new good-level tech AI. You can apply for a government scholarship from the college. Many events and fests are held in our college. Many celebrities visit our college.

Average placement in CS and IT branch.
Placements: Average placement. Avg package in EE: 2.4 LPA. And, the IT and CS branch there has the highest package of INR 8 LPA but these are not on-campus. All of these are pool campuses. Only 1 or 2 companies come here and [that too very rarely in this college. Only TCS will be coming and taking students from all the branches.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good but not optimal. Labs are quite good but all the resources are not available. Wi-Fi quality is good but they don't provide it unlimited. Students only get 32 mb of data to use. In the computer labs, maximum computers are working.
Faculty: Few faculty members are good and have good behaviour and good knowledge. They provide good lectures online and offline also but a few faculty members do not know how to behave with a student and do not give them their value of time. Attendance is the best thing in this college to get good marks in CA exams.

Review of Asansol Engineering College.
Placements: Top recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Infosys, Vertusa, etc. Top roles offered are management, web development, software engineering, etc. The CSE, IT, and ECE students get placed easily in our college. Our department has low placement rates. Our department students go for higher studies. Many try to get jobs in other industries.
Infrastructure: The food served in the mess and canteen is not good and unhygienic. Medical facilities are available in our college. Our college has an ambulance, and a first aid kit, but doctor visits for only 1 hour a day. Our department has a lot of equipment. Much software is not available in the computer labs.
Faculty: Teachers treat students like slaves. They give you marks based on attendance not on your capability. Semester exams are moderate. Almost all students pass. Some of them get backlogged on 1-2 subjects.
Other: Many sports events and some inter-college matches are held in our college.

Don't come for placement in Electrical.
Placements: Placement is the worst part of college, our senior are not getting placed. Nealy 30-40 % students get placed from my department. Most students from my department try to get jobs in other departments like IT Companies. Some recruiting companies are TCS, infosys, wipro, etc.
Infrastructure: Hostel is not cleaned every day, they are cleaned 1-2 times a week. Quality of food in the mess and canteen is really bad. Medical facilities are available but doctors came to college for 1 hour a day. The college campus is small compared to other nearby colleges.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful if you need help but their teaching quality is bad. They are all Ph.D. holders but not worth it. Course curriculum is relevant but does not make you industry ready. Semester exams are of moderate level. If you study the basics then you can easily pass but remember never submit a blank paper.

I do not recommend this college for electrical engineering.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in our department. The highest salary package is 8 LPA and the average salary package offered in our department is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS Ninja, TCS Digital, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Many students try to get placed in the IT sector.
Infrastructure: Facilities provided in our college are not worth the fee paid. Wi-Fi is not available for students but teachers and staff members can use it. Classrooms are the same as school classrooms. All equipment in the labs is not working properly. Sports are good in our college.
Faculty: Exams conducted in our college are not hard to pass but hard to score good marks. Our college is affiliated with MAKAUT so it follows MAKAUT's course curriculum. Exams are conducted monthly and are easy. The pass percentage of our department is 90%. Teachers in our college are well qualified and knowledgeable.
