Good college and nice environment.
Placements: Very few are placed in the course I am studying. The average package ranges between 3-5 LPA. TCS, Cognizant, and Accenture are the top companies. Not many internships till now, but the GATE exam is encouraged in my stream for M.Tech and PSU as a junior engineer in different branches.
Infrastructure: The college has a library, classroom, has Wi-Fi, but the classroom needs to be modified. The books in the library need to be replaced with new editions. The college needs AC rooms and hostel facilities. The labs need new devices. The college campus needs a good ground for extra activities.
Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and knowledgeable, but they also need some training. The HODs are not always friendly, and there is too much pressure regarding everything. Many of the teachers are not student-friendly. In brief, it's a good college for a 4-year course.

Absolutely satisfied because faculty is good. Placement is good and infrastructure is also good.
Placements: Neta Subhash Engineering College receives positive reviews for its excellent faculty and impressive placement ratio. The average salary offered at the college is around 5.5 LPA. It holds the distinction of being the inaugural college of the Techno India Group.
Infrastructure: Netaji Subhash Engineering College lacks proper infrastructure, with no campus, hostel, or adequate playground facilities. While the classrooms and buildings are decently maintained, the college lacks a well-managed library for self-study, making the overall infrastructure quite poor.
Faculty: Holds exhibits a high level of cooperation and helpfulness. While some teachers possess extensive knowledge, others simply rely on reading the book, story, or PowerPoint slides. The staff members are generally good, although the account department staff tends to be lazy and fails to complete their work on time. The faculty is generally supportive, although not every teacher falls into this category. The placement for the 2023 batch is highly satisfactory, whereas the placement for the 2024 batch falls short in terms of layout. Overall, the academic curriculum is manageable if you maintain regular study habits.
Other: There are approximately 5.9k students in college, coming from various departments and branches. Having good friends enhances the quality of campus life. The college offers a wide range of clubs, including the Rotaract Club, GDSC, Eco Cultural Club, Phoenix Teach Club, and more. Additionally, the college organizes two annual events: the mesmerizer, which is the college's yearly fest, and the freshmen party. Moreover, the college hosts various teaching festivals and inter-college competitions.

Review of Netaji Subhash Engineering College.
Placements: As electrical engineering is a core branch, more than 50 percent of students get placed. The highest package offered in my branch, as of my knowledge, was 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies were EY, ITC INFOTECH, etc. The percentage of students who got internships from my course was more than 60 percent.
Infrastructure: The facilities were decent, and the infrastructure of my department was above average. The labs were in good condition, and the equipment and machines available for the purpose of the laboratory were in working condition; I never faced failure. And there was no hostel available in my college, so we used to reside in PGs nearby the College.
Faculty: The teachers of our college were well-qualified teachers, and in fact, they are knowledgeable. Minor problems occur sometimes when a teacher starts teaching in Bangla language, but when uninterrupted because of not knowing that particular language, after that, they teach in English. In my opinion, the course curriculum is relevant, and it makes the students industry-ready. The difficulty level of semester exams varies, and the pass percentage is like a grade system; you have to keep your grades at least C to pass the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I always wanted to pursue my engineering in a core branch. The best things about the course are laboratory classes. I think the course is relevant enough, and no improvement is needed so far. Events and fests occur annually post-semester. Overall, it was a decent college to study in.

Absolutely dissatisfied because I am not placed.
Placements: The placement of computer science and information technology is good for core; there are no core companies visiting campus; only software and IT companies visit. The major recruiting companies are TCS, Virtusa, and Infotech. The average package is 4 LPAs (approximately, if you know coding).
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average the campus has a very small classroom, and the library is also good. There's no hostel facility in the college; that's a major drawback of the college. Also, there is no good canteen facility and no sports ground at the college. Wi-Fi is very slow.
Faculty: Some teachers are very good; they know how to teach students, and some are average. The semester exams are conducted by Makaut. It is very easy to pass the semester because most questions are asked by guides, and the pass percentage is nearly 85 percent. College doesn't make you ready for placement; you have to do it on your own.
Other: I chose it because I have no other option left. The campus is very crowded—no hostel and no college life at all.

Good college with decent placements.
Placements: Since I joined this year. I have no idea about placements. But according to our seniors, they are saying that our college has decent placement. As I have seen last year, one has secured a package of 35 lacs, and many have got around 13–15 lacs.
Infrastructure: Full Wi-Fi campus. Neat and clean classrooms. Good library, which has 2 sections. One for book issuing and the other as a reading room. Decent labs. No hostel is available; you have to stay either in a flat or mess. There is no big playground. One small playground for short-pitch cricket and a badminton court.
Faculty: Teachers are good and they have good experiences. The college is under Makaut affiliation so there is no scope for cheating. During exams, CCTV is there and every action is monitored, so be aware. You will get internal marks if you do labs and all. No worries about internal marks.
