I suggest you look for another college.
Placements: There are less than 25% of placements in our college. The average salary package is Rs. 15,000 per month. The top company that came to recruitment in our college placements is Wipro. The top roles that were offered for our course were Data Analyst. Campus interviews will not happen in our college. There is only a demo interview being conducted here. The placement cell had the worst staff. They would not respond properly. They would only ghost us but then ask for a fee.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi available for only staff, not for students. The classrooms in our college are looking bad. Hostel food and accommodation are literally the worst I've ever seen. Staff will not teach properly. Because staff could not get paid for their job, they would not teach us.
Faculty: The faculty in our college is the worst. They have no experience and will not teach properly because they will not get paid for their job. So we could not blame them. Our accounts department only pays staff for 3 months once a year. Our staff are so suffering from this issue that many of the staff have transferred already.
Other: The batchmates in our college are the worst I have ever seen in my entire life because they have no responsibility or discipline.

If you join the college you will be disappoited.
Placements: This college does not provide placements. We got a job from outside. But training was given with additional fees. A few times, some small companies participated in placements, but it was of no use. It is not a good college in TamilNadu. It spoils a students life.
Infrastructure: Our college provided an average hostel at a high cost. There were 3-4 different types of hotels, but the food served was not satisfactory, and even the amount of food served was very high. Quality and taste were in the worst condition. Many students spoiled their life by joining this college, including me. I am disappointed.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were not helpful. We had to study on our own. There was no improvement in teaching techniques. The HOD of our department and faculty members were bad. This college didn't have the value for the money we paid. It is the worst one.
Other: Major courses are available in this college, but it is not good in any aspect.

A completely honest review from an alumni.
Placements: The placements were not satisfying to our batch, and it was same for the senior batch too. The college has listed a few core companies for the recruitment, but only a few companies visited the college for recruitment, and only a few students were hired. The IT based companies hired many students from all branches, and the dream of getting placed in a core company went in vain. The core company offered very low package, and it was nearly 2 lakhs per annum. No reputed core company came for a visit, and KPIT was the only notable company that came for recruitment offering the position of software engineer. The internship was offered by many companies without stipend, but few companies gave good exposure. Students have to search for internships by themselves and college also was helpful to some extent. Almost all students were doing the internship through which we obtained exposure to the industrial environment, but due to lack of good placements, the result of internships was nothing but vain.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure was quite good. Wi-Fi facility was available only in labs and not in the classrooms. Some classrooms did not have projector facility. The library was well maintained and had good books and journals. Sports facilities were not developed, and the physical education department didn't have certified staff. Students were not involved in sports activities, and the college management did not put effort to improve the sports facilities. Quality of labs was good, but not all the laboratory were well maintained. The labs were equipped with well calibrated and modern tools, equipment, which helped students gain more practical knowledge of the subject. The quality of food in the canteen was good but required some cleanliness, and the cost seems to be high. Hostel rooms were good and were well-furnished. Overall, there were many infrastructure related issues, and I feel the college has to improve on those issues.
Faculty: My experience with few faculty was really good. There was a good student-faculty relationship developed in the college with few faculty members. They were really helpful and well qualified to explain the subject in an easy and simple manner to the students. Different teachings methods were adopted, and the classes were very intriguing. But few faculty were not knowledgeable in their subjects and did not handle the subjects properly, which made us study on our own without any help. This directly affected on the result leading to less percentage in the subjects. Student to faculty ratio was around 50:1. Industry exposure was good and also through the internships, we were exposed to different techniques and modern technologies being used in the current industry practice. The course curriculum was not helpful and needs some improvement to learn more about the modern technologies.
Other: My overall experience during my tenure in the college was not good. Though, few things are to be appreciated. There were a lot of things that need improvement. Starting from infrastructure, hostel facility, sports, faculty, etc. As a student, I could not make use of these facilities because they lacked in proper maintenance and few facilities were not available. If the college focuses on these issues and improves on these things, it would provide a good experience and a better place to pursue their education.

Genuine review from an alumni.
Placements: Placement scenario in my college was not up to the expected level. Very few companies visited the campus and they recruited only a few people. The same scenario existed for my senior batch and they were also in a tough situation in grabbing good placements. We expected at least 5 to 6 core companies to visit the campus for recruitment but the expectations went in vain. Only IT companies visited our campus and their number of offers were also less. The overall pay offered was also very less. Students were only hired for customer support and testing role in IT companies. Since my college is not a reputed college, finding internship opportunities was little tough, to be frank. Despite that few students were able to get internship opportunity in some organizations. The highest pay offered was around 4 lakh per annum and it went down till 2 lakh per annum.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was satisfactory according to my opinion. Though a few buildings were still in the construction stage, few buildings were well furnished with Wi-Fi facility and other required things. Classrooms were not good overall with few classrooms are still in construction stage especially for Mechatronics department, so we have switch classrooms often. Laboratory was equipped only with few instruments and latest devices that are used in current technology scenario were very less. But it had well-maintained equipment for learning purpose. Medical facilities were good and Sports and Games were given importance as well. The physical education department was equipped with all the sports facilities and trainers thereby encouraging students to participate in various sports activities. The quality of food was good but still, requires improvement such additional canteen facility and inclusion of more food items. Overall, the infrastructure of my college was satisfactory but has some key issues to be noticed.
Faculty: Experience with my faculty was good to some extent. Few faculty members were good in their respective subjects both theoretical as well as practical. But the remaining faculties were not to up to the expected level a student expects from his teacher. Their communication with the students was not good and they lacked subject knowledge. Only half the curriculum was covered every year and the students were not given any much practical training. Teaching methods such as practical training and Hands on learning were implemented but it failed since most of the faculty could not implement in a proper and interesting way. Thus all the efforts for new teaching methods went in vain. Student to faculty ratio was 50 to 1. Industrial exposure was very less and there were only very few industry interactions and seminars. The course curriculum was useful and it included latest technologies and developments in industries, but the faculty members were less exposed to deliver it in the right way to the students.
Other: Overall experience during my tenure at the college was not satisfactory. Though it had some good things for a budding engineer to learn, it lacked several things that are required at the basic level. The level of exposure was very less for me when compared to my friends in other engineering colleges. According to me, the college needs more improvement in placement and faculty base. More industry interaction and creative as well as improved teaching methodologies have be implemented inorder to produce quality engineers for the society.
