PN college, khordha: The hidden gem of college duniya
Placements: Prananath Autonomous college is mainly famous for its commerce department. Their placement is good as of now as it is in a developing stage. Do not know particularly about average package but companies like TCS are recruiting students here. Other than commerce there are other departmes too like science dept. and arts dept. The offer courses like BA and BSc. They have also introduced proffesional courses like BBA.
Infrastructure: Infraststructure of the college is a bit poor. Though the campus is bigger than any average state board college still the classrooms and corridors are poorly maintained. The new building which is for +2 stundents consists few classrooms which are newly constructed and is well maintained. Though they do not provide air conditioner facilities still adjustable. Faculties are now doubt very good. Many faculties are friends and few are strict. They really take good sight into their student's academics. There are 2 canteens nearby. Both of them are small but adjustable. Mess is there for both boys and girls. 2 Girls mess is inside the campus and boys mainly stay in private mess. The playground is very big and often occupied with people playing cricket. The college has a nice view of barunei hill.
Faculty: Faculty of this college is surprisingly very friendly as well as well cultured. No doubt few are bit strict but they are equally helpful too. Exams are conducted in well mannered condition. Semester fees depends on the cou you are choosing. For BA they probably will charge in between 10k and fir commerce dept. it is more as they provide with good placement facilities so it is worth the money you will pay. Also as it's an autonomous college so the fees is a bit higher than any state board college of Odisha.
