Please be careful while taking admission into any college.
Placements: The companies will not come for recruitment they will just show like a demo class. The college was very downgraded because of management failure. We don't have proper recruitment officer, how can everyone expect top or mnc's to recruit us. As per my knowledge, we got all startup companies from in and around Visakhapatnam only, also the people who got placed never went for work. Coming to the package, to the best of my view it was 1.6 lakhs per annum to 2.4 lakhs per annum. We don't have internship programs alloted to our college and they will not allow us if we got any internship offer on our own.
Infrastructure: Honestly, I would say, that view or the location of the college is very beautiful. The entrance to the college will give a peace of mind. We don't have Wi-Fi in our college, the labs are well-equipped, but they will not work properly. We have many blocks which include many classes, but with no students. The library has books but first come get it first, if you went just before exams library will not help you. We have only a girls hostel. They say the quality of the food is not adequate. No medical facilities within the college. We have a canteen and it's okay to eat in there and same for games too.
Faculty: The faculties are well experienced when I was studying, but don'nt know because I am a 2019 graduate. They will try to deliver max to the students as they have industry experience. But as time passes the name of the college comes down which results in weak student strength, so the faculty will not teach too. I think we don't have EEE branch in PYDH-K. The course curriculum is designed by JNTUK, I hope you know about it.
Other: Electrical and electronics engineering which is the most important to man for daily activates. I thought that I will have a bright future and yeah it has bright future only if you had worked hard. We don't have any power plant notifications or any organizations. We can't wait till the release time changes everything and the stream you have chosen. The field experience and internship programs will give everyone the proper knowledge. We have weekly extracurricular activities like dance or singing programs. About the events in my 4th years, we have conducted only one event.

Review of Pydah College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: Placements were not much attractive. The percentage required to attend placement is a minimum of 60%. I heard the maximum salary package offered is 4 LPA, and the minimum salary package offered is 1.8 LPA. We don't have any top companies for requirements, but we have all startup companies. We have many opportunities for internships in BHEL and VTPS Vijayawada. A maximum total of 60 students can attend. Top roles are offered in the public and private sectors too, but we have a chance of growth.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and atmosphere of our college are the best in Visakhapatnam as it is beside the highway and near to the bus stop. Courses offered are as others, and all main five branches are available. Classrooms are much free with space. The library has many books, but it has to take first come, first take. The canteen has all tiffs available, and they offer meals in the afternoon. There are no medical facilities in our college. We have a ground, but no one is able to use it.
Faculty: Faculty members have pretty much experience while I joined, but gradually they changed to other colleges. So the college reputation has also gone. Teachers have good experience along with good knowledge of the subject. The course is helpful as it is given by JNTU Kakinada, but with hands-on experience, students are not ready for industrial work.
Other: I have chosen this course because the world depends on electrical things. I thought that it would change my life too. Overall, electrical has a very good opportunity for jobs role. I suggest our college to improve the hands-on experience for students which helps everyone to grab the knowledge.

It has good infrastructure and teachers, but facilities, management and placements are the worst.
Placements: I heard from someone before joining this college that this college can provide good placements. But when I joined here, there is a change in management and the principal had changed 3 times. The management was very bad in providing placements. The very bad thing here is placements were not conducted for our batch. Even I heard that our next year batch would also don't have placements. Only 2 or 3 companies participate in our college placements, but they are fake companies.
Infrastructure: Compared to another college our college is very best in terms of infrastructure. There is a temple in our college which is very famous in Visakhapatnam city, and many films shoot are also done in our college. The canteen is average but not much good. Our college doesn't conduct sports but conducts cultural activities every week on Friday in open auditorium. There is only a girls hostel, but the boy's hostel is not available. The food served in the girl's hostel was not good.
Faculty:
Faculty members here are very good, but salaries offered for them are very bad. Our college is paying very less salaries, so they show less interest. They will support students. Our branch faculty members are very talented and well-trained. The course curriculum was very relevant, and few of our classmates are settled in core industry because of our faculty members. Teachers are very helpful and take care of every student life.

I am totally disappointed because it provides few placements.
Placements: In our branch, about 3 students out of 100 got placed here. The salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. A top recruiting that visits our college for placements is Green Co. None of the students from our course get an internship. In our batch for my specialisation, the college management only arranges one placement for my group. I am totally disappointed with the college.
Infrastructure: Facilities like classrooms, labs and a library are good. There is no net facility. The infrastructure is good, and it has a beautiful environment. The teaching faculty members are very poor. In the starting days, the food served is better, and after some days, quality food is not served. It is better to improve their quality.
Faculty: Only a few teaches are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching is good. The college management is failed to provide good faculty members and maintain facilities. Only a few subjects are relevant. One thing which is perfect in the college is that they conduct extremely difficult exams, either internal or external exams.
