# Pros:

* Relevant course curriculum
* Good infrastructure (library, auditorium, etc.)
* Helpful teachers in certain cases
* Opportunities for internships and placement (around 40-50%)
* Relatively affordable tuition fees

# Cons:

* Poor teaching quality and lack of proper communication skills among teachers

Based on the statements provided by students and alumni, here's an overview of how the course curriculum is structured for BCA at Raj Narain College:

* Poor Course Curriculum: According to several students, the course curriculum is outdated and does not prepare students for industry needs. It lacks relevance in today's advanced technological era, making it challenging for students to become industry-ready.

* Limited Knowledge among Teachers: Some students mentioned that while teachers are generally helpful, they may not always possess the necessary knowledge or qualifications to teach certain topics effectively.

* No Industry-specific Focus: The course appears to focus on general computing concepts without emphasizing specific skills required by industries, which can affect students' employability.

* Limited Emphasis on Practical Skills: Although the course covers various subjects, such as software development, data management, and data science, there seems to be limited emphasis on practical skills training, leaving students unprepared for real-world applications.

I am not satisfied with our college placements.
Placements: Around 5-10% of students got placed in this course. Our college does not provide any internships.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in our college. Our college is very huge and clean. The infrastructure of our college is very good. The library is well-furnished with many books.
Faculty: Teachers are supportive, helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching style is very good. They always guide us through difficulties. They support us during exams. Semester exams are quite difficult. The pass percentage is 45%.
Other: It is the best college in Hajipur. I chose this course because English is my favorite subject. Our college conducts many events. It provides scholarships. Our college organises sports and cultural programs.

It is not a good college to learn good development.
Placements: Around 62% to 92% of students pass exams every semester. The salary packages are not good. Local startups visit our college to recruit students. Around 5-6% of students get good internships with their efforts.
Infrastructure: Computer lab has more than 60 useless computers. The Wi-Fi speed is low.
Faculty: Teachers don't have proper communication skills. Their teaching quality is not good. I attended for 2 semesters and stopped attending classes. The course curriculum is relevant but it doesn't make students ready to work. Exams are not hard. I scored good marks every semester. They are not supportive of students doing projects.
Other: I chose BCA to learn about development. The course curriculum should be updated.

Dissatisfied bad placement, infrastructure, facilities and environment discrimination.
Placements: Approximately 10-15% of students get placement. After placement, students get INR 10,000-18,000 per month. Kotak Mahindra Bank and Maruti Suzuki Showroom are the recruiters. A maximum of 10-20% of students get internships from BBA courses in IHM Hajipur, Maruti Suzuki Showroom. These placements come from the request of the principal.
Infrastructure: Our college does not have Wi-Fi for students, and the classrooms are below average and dirty. The college does not provide labs for the department, and computer subjects are taught on whiteboards. The college does not have a mess or medical facilities, and the maximum number of students are not taught computers due to the lack of department labs.
Faculty: Some teachers are good and have a lot of experience. Most students pass the semester exams. However, the college lacks facilities for personality development, communication skills, computer knowledge, and soft skills. Students who are not taught computer basics will have difficulty working in a corporate environment.

Poor Infrastructure, but good value for money.
Placements: Since this college is not located in any major city, there are not any companies coming this college. You have to rely on off campus jobs, because there is no on-campus selection, also you have to prepare for job interviews by yourself without any college help.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good in this college, but not that good for our BCA department. We don't have any classroom assigned to us and we have to sit in other department's room. Lab classes is rarely done in our department. Also there is no hostel in this college.
Faculty: Teacher were helpful in our exam preparation, they taught us the proper manners to give exs and gave some hint to us for exam preparation. Overall exams are conducted in the main examination hall of BRABU Muzaffarpur. Exams are not that hard to write.

Dissatisfied because of no placements and cleanliness. Exams are not conducted on time.
Placements: 60 students were there in my batch and only 2 got placed in companies. No placements at all. No company was recruiting in our college for this course. No student got internship from my course.
Infrastructure: Classrooms, library, labs were available but they were not well-cleaned. Classes were full of dust and spider nets. Wi-Fi was available only for the staff of the college. No hostel, mess, or medical facility was there. A big ground for sports and games was available but sports and games were not regularly held in college.
Faculty: Teachers were well qualified but their teaching quality was not good. Course was relevant and definitely made the students industry ready. Semester exams were not much difficult as questions were very easy but exams were not held on time. Pass percentage was 50.
Other: I chose this course because it provides better opportunities in the industry. The college should provide internship to students. Campus surroundings are pretty good. Some events are held. Scholarship and extracurricular activities are not there at all.

Our college is the worst.
Placements: Placements are not provided, the students find off-campus placements but not very common. Most of the pass-outs are unemployed. This is not the college for good placements.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite nice but not comparable with private colleges. It has approximately five buildings and all of them are academic blocks as there are no hostels. It is said to be the best college in hajipur. The library is well furnished with a variety of books.
Faculty: Faculty members are not good as they don't give attention to the whole class. They are concerned only about the frontbenchers. The curriculum is also very bad as it is a three-year course but the college takes five years to complete.
