A:
{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}

Based on the feedback from current students and alumni, here's a summary of what you can expect:

Pros:

* Good faculty: Most students praise their professors, citing their experience, knowledge, and willingness to help.
* Strong infrastructure: The college has modern labs, libraries, and recreational spaces that cater to students' needs.
* Placements: Over 70% of students get placed every year, with packages ranging from INR3 LPA to INR14 LPA.
* Internship opportunities: Many students secure internships in reputed companies, which helps build their resume and gain hands-on experience.

Cons:

* Wi-Fi issues: Some students report inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity, which can be frustrating.
* Food quality: While some hostel residents appreciate the food, others find it mediocre or occasionally unpalatable.
* Limited campus life: Fests are rare, and cultural events are infrequent, leaving students seeking entertainment outside campus.

Overall verdict: Based on student reviews, RGM College seems to offer a solid educational foundation, decent infrastructure, and promising placement prospects. However, Wi-Fi reliability and food quality could be improved. Ultimately, whether the investment is "worth" depends on individual priorities and expectations.

Provide good faculty in each department.
Placements: The percentage of students placed in your course is 50%. The lowest package is 3.3 LPA and the highest package is 7 LPA offered in our course. Top recruiting companies are Wipro, HCL, Tech Mahindra, Hexaware. 50% of students got internships from our course.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available now. In hostels, once upon a time, there were no cameras, but now cameras are available. Labs, classrooms, and the library are very good. Now the library is very good. In the hostel, there is no quality food. Weekly, thrice the food is not good. Except for the hostel food, all are good.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful at the time of exams and clarify doubts. Some teachers are not good because they do not have good knowledge. Some teachers have just completed M. Tech, and those teachers come to class to teach the lessons. There are no knowledgeable persons. During exam time, the college is very strict. If, in case, cheating is identified during the exam, all exams will fail.

Faculty: Teachers are very adorable and highly qualified. Course is very relevant and the college even provides training for students and makes them prepared for placements. In each semester, there are two mid-term examinations along with lab internal and external exams.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2024.
Placements: Maximum percent for branch 5 to 10 members, the lowest 2.5 LPA and the highest 18 LPA. Amazon software, etc. At most of the students are doing eduskills like AWS offered by Microsoft. Artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI) is the present and future course for the students.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classes, library in all places, total around Wi-Fi is there and available. Courses are CSE general and sub-branches like AI/ML, cybersecurity, data science, etc. Sports are good, we have a large ground. Food is good at the canteen and hostel. All infrastructure is available for my course.
Faculty: Yes, teachers are friendly with students and provide proper guidance. Mostly, many students are ready for different activities with different materials. The difficulty is if we study well, we can gain knowledge and skills. Pass percentage is above 85-90%. Skill development.
Other: I chose AI/ML because I'm interested in robotics and also making machines in ML and prepared some material as well. I want to improve my practice in different ways. Events like Repil (2-day event) and a good crowd, good nature, campus, etc.

Less placements in our passing out batch .
Placements: The percentage of students that are in our course is less than 30. The highest package offered in our course is 10 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 1.8 LPA. The top recruiting companies of our college is Accenture. There are only 30 students out of 240 students who got the placements and internships and the rest of them have gone unplaced .
Infrastructure: There will be no Wi-Fi provided to the students in the college. The classrooms and library facilities are well maintained in our college, and the lab rooms are also well maintained by the lab assistants. The girls hostel is well maintained and also very clean, whereas the boys hostel is not at all well maintained by the management. The canteen facility is very good, and the sports and games facilities are available only under the guidance of coaches.
Faculty: Some of the faculty are very knowledgeable and have very high standards in teaching, whereas some faculty have very poor knowledge in their subject. The course curriculum is irrelevant to the industry, which is developing rapidly; the curriculum followed in the college will not be able to make the students ready for the industry. The semesters are not that difficult. The pass percentage is 35 percent.
Other: I chose this course as I was interested in circuits, that is why I chose this course. There are many areas where my college needs to improve example quality, maintenance, etc. Events and festivals are not at all conducted by the management and no other extra circular activities are conducted.
