Review of Ram Lal Anand College.
Placements: This college provides regular degree courses and does not guarantee students any jobs. Even if students get a job, the salary will be low. But they manage to place, then only 10-20% of students are placed on campus with very low packages in some companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is average. This college is not big, but there is a ground, a canteen, and a small walkover area. Overall, it is a good college. There is nothing to bother about. Students will get plenty of sports options like badminton, cricket, and volleyball.
Faculty: Teachers are very good. If students call them at 2 AM, they would still be helpful to answer their doubts. Semester exams are not so hard to pass with minimum preparation, and students can easily pass the exams. The course curriculum is very relevant.
Other: Fests are good in this college. The science department is much better than any other department. The campus is good. There is a get-to-go party place named Satya Niketan, where students can party and give treats to their friends. Overall, the college does not compromise at any level with their college life. Students will get everything good in this college.

Highly skilled faculty, good infrastructure and very good placements.
Placements: Talking about those who willingly wanted to work in private sector, there were more than 70% students who got placements from the college itself (from my senior batch). Others got placements off campus or from other colleges of Delhi University. Some companies where they got placed were Amazon and BIG4 companies working for the role of Data analyst, Junior data scientist etc.
Infrastructure: The college till now do not have its own hostel. Students out of Delhi tend to live in PGs or flats otherwise the infrastructure is very good. It has a big ground for sports. Classrooms are spacious and well lit. College canteen is also one of the best and has a large sitting capacity.
Faculty: The teachers here are highly skilled (talking about statistics department specially). They are all M.Phil. and Ph.D. holders from colleges like SRCC, Hindu and even FMS. They are very responsive and interactive. They can solve any possible doubts you will have. The college offers free or rarely paid certificate courses from recognised institutions regularly.

It provided good placements in 2020. I am satisfied because of the faculty members.
Placements: About 76% of students from our course got placed. Placements in our college are very good. It is very good to take admission in this college. You will not regret it after graduating here. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, etc., visit our college to recruit students. Students got placed in many companies.
Infrastructure: Our college provides facilities like Wi-Fi labs, classrooms, a library, and GCR rooms. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities, sports, and games are very good. It provides a clean ground, dance room, music room, and amphitheater. The infrastructure is newly constructed.
Faculty: Semester exams are easy. The course curriculum is relevant. Teachers in our college are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Teachers are very much supportive. They are ready to help students at any time. I like the teachers very much. You will surely love the environment here. I am satisfied with all the faculty members who helped me.

The college not only teachers about studies but also teaches about life.
Placements: Placement section was not good because many companies are not visiting here, and few companies mainly are call centres in which students were not much interested. In the whole college, only a few students like 2-4% would have got college placements.
Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure was pretty good, and it got better. In our college, new construction is going on, and it has a good atmosphere with comfortable chairs and tables. Rooms were a little messy, but that can be compensated.
Faculty: Our college faculty members were great, and they knew about subjects and taught very well. It was only bad for students who are not able to grasp all the subjects. I only know about our department statistics, but I think other teachers were also great and cooperate with students.
Other: I have chosen this course because the course has its great perspective. The college should provide more practical teaching, which would have been great. The campus crowd was decent, but the college lacks in cultural and social activities which are very necessary for the students' upliftment morally, which needs to be worked upon.

Satisfied but improvements needed, placements needs improvement.
Placements: Majority of our seniors opted to go for pursuing Master's degree. Our super seniors are pursuing Masters from Delhi University or BHU and some are preparing for acturial Science. Seniors got placed in bank and acturial firms at average package of 3.5 lac per annum. Placement scene is little bleak as only last year campus placements were initiated, that too was not related to domain. Placement cell is also newly established. It's not much active but it helps in internships under Swacchh Bharat Abhiyan. Internship fair is also conducted annually in which approximately 20 companies participate.
Infrastructure: Best thing at college is it's library. It has one of the finest library in DU. There are limited classrooms for each department, maximum 4 per department. Computer labs are well built with LED screens and with proper internet and combined printers. There are no hostel rooms at college. College canteen is sufficiently large and food is great and cheap too.
Faculty: Despite being a small college, faculty was really supporting. Everyone was willing to help regarding college studies to internships and also during fests. Teachers were highly enthusiastic regarding extra curricular activities. Teacher student ratio is approximately 1:15. Classrooms are also empowered with smart-class. Course curriculum is well designed but more theoretical.
Other: It is in vicinity of south campus and several places such as Hauz khas, IIT, Dhaula Kuan. Scholarships are given to minority students. Well connected to Satya Niketan which is renowned cafes hub. The nearest metro station is DD south campus on pink line. Crowd is really great, mainly from south Delhi.
