A national research centre, Naac accredited with grade A, NIRF-8th all over india.
Placements: Generally, most of the students prepare for the JAM examination, and they get selected; the rest of the students get placements. Placements are provided by the HR department and Texas. Many students get a chance at summer internships held by IIT and NIIT.
Infrastructure: Smart class helps to understand the concept visually as well as theoretically. With advanced labs and better lab equipment, almost all equipment is available for experiments. Free Wi-Fi available in common hall, Advanced library with nearly all books required for course. Good and hygiene-friendly food is available in the canteen.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and highly educated. They are always available to help you with your doubts. They always make you understand everything, wherever you face problems. Courses are designed to keep pace with this digital era. Semester exams are quite difficult due to our excellence in the required field.
Other: Regular seminars are held for better knowledge. You can get high in the research field; after all, practical knowledge is everything, and you are getting the chance to perform experiments by yourself.

In a nutshell this college is great and I'm glad that I studied in it.
Placements: As this college is not an engineering college so students do not get directly placed into companies. But companies like TCS or Wipro have offered jobs to the students of our college for trainees. And many students have acquired good jobs from all around the world from this college.
Infrastructure: This college is not a residential college, which means that they do not have a hostel facility of their own but students from distant places come to this college and stay in the messes nearby. The college has 2 buildings as of now and a new building is being constructed. The laboratories are well-equipped with instruments and machines. The library has a huge collection of books from all around the world.
Faculty: I am a student of B.Sc. Physics Hons and the faculty are pretty good. The professors are very helpful and friendly. The college is an autonomous one that follows its curriculum based on the UGC syllabus. There is a mid-semester exam and an end semester exam each semester. The college has an admission test for the students who are willing to enrol themselves on the college. You will have to appear in the exam and score good marks. The merit list will be created based on the marks you obtained in the admission test and your 12th marks.
Other: Every year many students get a good ranking in competitive exams like JAM, and JEST. In my batch (pass out the year 2022) 2 students had an all India rank below 100 (25 and 47) in JAM and All India Rank 3 and 5 in JEST were also from my batch (I was a Physics Hons student). One thing which I think is a disadvantage is that you won't get a lot of chance for activities other than studying.

I am satisfied to be a student of this college.
Placements: This college offers graduation and post-graduation courses, but there are no placements. It gives us a great opportunity to go for higher study abroad and in IITs. Many of my batchmates got into government services, and many were selected for IITs.
Infrastructure: There are no hostel facilities for students. However, the canteen is good. The classrooms have good seating arrangements, and the giant blackboard is helpful to understand complex equations. Our physics lab is well-equipped with all the necessary instruments required to complete practicals.
Faculty: The faculty members in our college are knowledgeable and very helpful in clearing our doubts. I spent the most precious time of my life in this college, for 3 years. It is very easy to clear the semester exams if anyone follows lectures every day. The pass percentage is very low, and it is 35%.
Other: The college is very enthusiastic about fests and events. Character developing and career-oriented workshops are organised here. A scholarship is approved for each student, which is very helpful in pursuing college studies and expenses. The surroundings of the college are clean and greenery with trees.

Our college achieved NIRF 2019 8th college rank.
Placements: It is a B.Sc based college, so there are no placements like engineering, the management or nursing colleges. Salary packages are not offered in our course, and none of the companies visits here to offer jobs. Students who are eligible for inspire scholarship can try for it and can attend internship programmes of some institutes like IIT. Average of 10-20% of the students try for these internships. Students are offered the role of a physicist in our course.
Infrastructure: The library is good, and the computer facility is available for finding books. There are enough stocks of books. Our classrooms are good with a capacity of 100 students, and air-conditioners are available in special rooms. The projector is available in every classroom. Previously free Wi-Fi was available, but Wi-Fi for students is not available in college. Labs are good, and especially microbiology labs are well-developed.
Faculty: Teachers here are very helpful, and mainly teachers inspire students to understand the subject. Almost all the teachers are PhD qualified, and they are knowledgeable and teach the subject very deeply. This course curriculum is relevant for future physicists. Teachers and college try hard for making students ready for the future, and there are also efforts of students.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like science very much from childhood. In the higher secondary level, I am much attracted to physics, so I took physics honours. Experiment and research are the best things in our course. If the semester duration for this tough course become more, then it will be better. Many events and occasions like the birthday of Vivekananda and Ramakrishna, also our college and Ramakrishna mission, fresher's welcome, farewell etc., were arranged at Ramakrishna Hall and Vivekananda Hall. Our college campus is not much crowd. There is a college garden. Scholarships are offered for meritorious and financially weak students from the college. College yearly sports are arranged in February.

It is an autonomous college with good infrastructure and excellent faculty members.
Placements: It's actually a science college for a bachelor degree in Physics. So, campusing, placement in companies, salary is not involved with this college. But every year several (7-8 students out of 50-60) students get very good opportunities to get admission in the world-class institutions of this country for higher education through qualifying some tough exams and interviews after completing their undergraduate course with awesome scholarships and fellowships. And also several students apply for the course-related internship program, and summer camp and most of them are selected.
Infrastructure: One of the Infrastructure is available for undergraduate degree in physics. Although labs are developing as per the requirements of CBCS Pattern Syllabus but quality of the labs are better then other colleges in the states. Classrooms and galleries are well-equipped, library is filled with a large variety of books and research papers and equipped with modern and smart system. Wi-Fi is available but the provided limit is very low and slow. College doesn't have any hostel facility, students are living in the masses outside the campus. Canteen food is great and of low cost. Medical facilities are normal as required. Students have a good exposure of sports. They can play cricket, football etc. In their off period and can participate in the annual sports in January.
Faculty: Teachers of our college are excellent, very helpful and student-friendly. They are well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is very good and research-based. They make every student get an interest in physics. They always give useful information and always ready to teach and learn something. Although the semester-based system is not relevant for research-based education. Our teachers try in every possible way to make it relevant and effective for students.
Other: I have selected this course because I want to know the way how nature works and to get some answers about the fundamental questions. The best thing about the course is that I am learning something effective and in the most common way. More hard work and dedication to my education are what I wish, would be better for my course. There is very less exposure to connectivity, fest and extracurricular activities. After higher secondary education, students are offered with very useful scholarships like Inspire, PMSS, SVSS, etc.
