Here's a summary of the key points:

* Faculty: Some students praise the faculty members' knowledge and willingness to help, while others mention a lack of communication skills and subject knowledge among a few professors.
* Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure, including laboratories, a library, and an auditorium. However, some students criticize the condition of the hostel and the availability of Wi-Fi.
* Placements: The college claims to have 100% placement results every year, with many students receiving high salary packages ranging from INR2.5-8 LPA. However, some students report lower salary packages and a focus on off-campus placements over on-campus drives.

Recommendations:

* For potential students:
+ Research the college thoroughly to understand its strengths and weaknesses.
+ Reach out to current students or alumni to gather more insight into daily life and academic experiences.
+ Consider visiting the campus to assess the infrastructure and atmosphere firsthand.
* For existing students:
+ Advocate for updates to the curriculum to better align with industry requirements.

Other: RVS College of Engineering & Technology, Coimbatore is one of the best colleges in my town. College has many branches in all over India. I've studied Diploma, Engineering and Master Degree in this institution. Best place to gain knowledge. For engineering there are two institutions in Tamil Nadu. One is located in Din Digul and another one in Coimbatore. Faculties are up to the mark and placements are also great.

Absolutely dissatisfied, bad choice of faculties, not related placements for my course, bad hostel.
Placements: 1. I remember about only 40% of students were selected in placement in my department. 2. The highest package offered is 3LPA ; the lowest 1LPA. 3. HCL, Infosys, Eureka, Accenture was offered. 4. Testing, Developer roles were offered. 5. About 25% of students got internship from Accenture.
Infrastructure: 1. Its not that great to be honest there is no Wi-Fi access anywhere in the campus. Labs are not attached with air conditioner, classrooms are good and clean, library does not have too much collections and they only have 3 computers for students to access internet. 2. The hostel is pretty bad the bathrooms are disgusting and always stinky. You have to walk for around 2km from hostel to mess that's always been hard for everyone and the food is not worth it. College playground is so close to the means hostel and sports equipments are easily available.
Faculty: 1. Not everyone is qualified and knowledgeable, few just read whats in the PPT that just moves on. And still some ME students were hired to cover up the empty spots. 2. As far as I know teachers were not helpful in placements. And mostly IT related companies were there in placements I don't remember any company related to my course.
Other: 1. I chose this course so I could join the commutation sector or circuit development. Future depends on Electronics and this course is the key to create new things everyday. Only few events were held by college, no inter college tournaments. No access to Wi-Fi anywhere. Campus surroundings are okay lots of trees. Scholarships are good, there won't be any notice or anything for any events and extracurricular, students have to know by themselves.
