It is affiliated to Calicut University, Malappuram and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is recognised by Government of Kerala and accredited by The Institution of Engineers, India. The goal of SCET is to train the youth to be the leaders of tomorrow with proper skills, deep-rooted sense of social responsibility, strong ethical values and with a global outlook to face the challenges of changing world. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry, Computer Science & Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered. Candidates belonging to SEBC/ PwD category will have a relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination. Applicants should have completed 17 years of age as on the 31st December 2020.
