Everything about Shahrdaya Institute.

Placements: Campus placement was not up to par for M.Tech students, but for B.Tech students, there are a few companies that accommodate them. Especially for the biotechnology department, we have to pave our way all by ourselves. There are very few placements for M.Teach students. We have to find internships on our own. 10% of students get placed according to their academics.

Infrastructure: The hostel has 4 floors, and each bedroom includes 3 beds. Ed, there are 3 people sharing a room, and the meals are okay and good most of the days. We have non-vegetarian food except Fridays and morning breakfast. The hostel is affordable; it costs around 80000 INR per year, and admission to the hostel is taken from the college. The hostel is situated inside the college campus.

Faculty: About the faculty members, most of them are really good and I like them. But there are some faculty members who are not that good. Internal marks will be properly given. Most of the faculty members are very friendly, and we can share anything with them as if we were friends. All the faculty members are Ph.D. graduates or are pursuing Ph.D. About the teaching skills, I will give an overall rating of 8/10. We can freely ask them any questions.

Other: The main festivals or events that are celebrated in our college are onam and Christmas. It will be a grand celebration and everyone can enjoy a lot. Some times we also get a teachfest, which will be mostly in the even semester. Other events that are conducted in our college are arts day and sports day. There are many clubs and organizations in our college like IEEE, IEDC, NSS, Media Cell, etc.
